Reviews for Judge.me Product Reviews App

I am using this paid version of review app for over a year now and I very happy for features, functionalities, and always responsive support whenever I contacted them. Only one thing I have NOT liked is that it does not send review request if a buyer has bought the same product/service again which s/he reviewed earlier. I have requested to allow us to send review requests for all orders regardless of buyers reviewed earlier or not. I am yet to hear their development plan for this flexibility.

Must have app for every Shopify store. Implementing Judge.me radically increased the number of verified reviews we were getting. Help is second to none. I couldn't recommend this app more.

Customer Service is unmatched and incredibly fast. Deleted Shopify Reviews and Loox Judge.Me was a better experience hands down.

Moved in from Yotpo and never looking back. Everything is responsive. support it's perfect, even reinstalling a new theme will get this app reinstalled for you automatically. The one worked on developing this app really placed many things in the right place, leaving minimal leg work for the real human to do the work for you and in return lowering the costs for a review app in a perfect price range. Thank you, Judge.me, you deserve a better space than many review apps that are out there. Please continue to grow. The Shopify community needs more dev and app makers like you. Love, Doron.

I installed this app to build up customer reviews for my store, and Judge.me gave me one of the best customer support I have experienced. I brought up numerous issues with the Judge.me Team and every single problem was rectified well within an hour (even on Sundays!) Some were solved within a few minutes. The response time is AMAZING! I am currently on the Forever Free Plan, but this leaves me the assurance and confidence to move on to the Awesome Plan in the near future.

Very excited to use this app. Customer service has been very helpful in helping me set it up and I look forward to seeing what it can do!

This is a great app, amazing support. I would recommend it. Very easy setup and if you need any help or slight adjustments you can contact their support.
