Great product with a great team behind. App is constantly enhanced with new functions and integrations. The customer support is very competent and responds within a few minutes.

The free features do everything I need and include useful customizations, too. But best of all, the support for free users is unbelievably good. In less than 24 hours, they respond and even fix things with custom code in my theme, so I don’t have to lift a finger.

I've used this app now for many months and by far the best review app. I love the floating widget and easy to install, even for an oldie like me! Highly recommend it!

Their APP's function totally meets my need!!! And their support is soso great! I'd recommend you give it a try, you wont's be disappointed.

It was difficult to figure out how to get a reviewer to change their review stars from 3 to 4. But support guided me and it got done. I've loved the Judge.me app, it's been super easy to use and i've had zero issues until i noticed my google snippets weren't functioning correctly but I send a chat and the issue was completely resolved within 10 minutes.

Support is excellent and extremely quick. Shoutout to Chris Gomez for his help on my customer service request!

I have got a problem with my reviews and I contact the support team and joseph helps me in a very sweet way.. He resolves my issue in a minute :)

The support is really fast and helpful! Every support request was answered quickly and my requests to customize widgets or questions about importing existing ratings were handled quickly.

Didn't really need a review app for my site so I removed it, but it was simple to instal and the support was top notch. The staff was quick to remove the residual code. If ever I do need a review app I would definitely use Judge.Me again
