Reviews for Judge.me Product Reviews App

I had questions about getting reviews entered and verified. Linh was very helpful and patient. Their customer service has been excellent. Every question I had has been answered in a timely manner. I usually don't like using a chat feature; however, their wait time is very quick and they explain things very easily using the chat feature. The app has been very easy to use so far.

Whenever I work on my website, I need things done correctly the first time and as fast as possible with the traffic that way get. I recently uploaded a new theme and needed to reconfigure judgeme reviews to my site and the response was instantaneous! I can’t say the same for any other application or company that I’ve ever worked with. Secondly.. The reviews are solid. The display has always worked perfectly. Curating reviews is simple and the automatic reminders Make running review requests as simple as going to sleep and forgetting about it. This is the best app I’ve ever used hands down.

I wanted my reviews to look a specific way on my site. I reached out to their support team and in a few minutes they responded back with solutions and stayed with me to make sure everything went well.

This app is pretty much everything I have been looking for in a review app. It sends out the invites automatically and I just have to sit back as it collects reviews for me

This app has amazing capabilities even if you just use the free version. The developers are very quick to respond when an issue comes up and quickly resolves the problem. The problems are usually very minor and is resolved within minutes. They respond 24/7. They are courteous, customer service minded and very prompt. I've used the app for about a month and I am happy so far.

Great app! Customer service is very helpful and easy to use once you understand where everything is. The only thing is the settings in the app's backend are kind of confusing for someone who is not so tech savvy but either than that, the widgets look great on our ecommerce store.
