Why stay in my code after I installed it. Do I need to remove the code manually? What a wonderful app this is? Why shopify could let this kind come in?

The tech support is operating at lightning speed, even at odd hours of the night, which is crucial when trying to run a small business. They were even able to verify all changes were correct. The app I just got, I'm just going to wait for reviews to start popping up and see how it all works out, but for now, it all looks great. I love the ease of use and full integration with no code meddling required

I started using this for reviews only and then I found out how much more I could do. The app itself is easy to navigate and has lots of features, every time I had a question or needed help support they were fast and promptly assisted me.

I uninstalled this app completely, and installed another only to find this app still had all the coding still imbedded in my design. Ridiculous, i had to go through my code and delete all their coding, and i'm not a tech whiz either! Would not recommend.
