So far, so good. The review app capability appears to be on par with others that are several times more expensive, so there is a great value here. There is a lot of customization ability as well. Also, I just experienced the support...at 4 pm on a Monday I was able to get support by chat and solved my issue within a few minutes. Very good start to this!

Excellent support with very quick turnaround. Within minutes. Highly recommend. Affordable app. So please don’t increase the price or you will drive customers away.

I like the app however I wish it had more basic merchant customization e.g. font type and size colour, placement of review badge, size and colour of stars etc. with the Free plan. The service I received from Phat was excellent prompt, friendly and efficient.

I currently have three shops. For my first two shops, I used a different review app. For my new shop, I am trying Judge.me, and I have to say that the support is excellent. Their support desk helped me out early on a Saturday morning, when most others would be unavailable. The features of the app seem very robust - I can't wait to explore more.
