We used this app to manage our reviews. It did more than we wanted and there are still so many options and integrations we haven't yet explored. Their customer service is prompt, quick and efficient.

Their customer support/tech team is beyond wonderful and helpful when fixing issues or customizing. 4 stars because after a long day of installing and editing I'm still a little confused about what everything does and looks like. I would love more self-customization, examples, and how-to videos/images.

Their team always responds right away and is extremely helpful! We have tried other review apps and nothing compares to Judge Me. We enjoy working with them!

I've been through several review apps, and I would say for the majority of users, this is it. The one caveat, is if you are an amazon seller as well, you can't import amazon reviews as of the time of this review via judge.me. Everything else though is fantastic. The review widgets and installation was same day fast, lots of the default settings and options actually good enough, but advanced customization are available if you know HTML. My favorite feature so far is the emailing service to get reviews and the spam automated filter to sift actual reviews from spammers.

This is the best app ever. Very helpful team that help you setup correctly what you're looking for it is just a must used app.

Fantastic reviews app with photos and videos for an unbeatable price. The backend is super intuitive and the frontend that appear to customers looks great by default and is super customizable. ALSO - Customer service is on point! They are quick to respond and resolve pretty much everything.
