While the app itself is excellent, running into issues when importing verified reviews happens from time to time as I'm sure your team is aware of. However, Bilal was super helpful as well as speedy in resolving a hiccup during the importing process and I can honestly say that the level of service I received was excellent and that alone merits 5 stars. Thank you for having such wonderful people on your staff.

Great customer support! But I find the email automation side of things a little bit limiting. I would suggest some upgrades on the templates so that we can have more responsive templates. Mailchimp intergration would also be great and would push this to a 5 star review.

Cannot recommend this app more! Customer service is par excellence. Omar at the customer support was quick and very efficient to help. Absolutely love this app!

Super user friendly system. It was nice that it gave recommendations during the setup and walked you through each piece. Administratively it is very easy to work with but I have not had a customer use it yet to confirm the ease of use. So far I would highly recommend this program.

I was using another app in PrestaShop much more expensive, 6 times more, and nothing to do with features. Now, I'll use it with Shopify. The customer service is fantastic. They helped me set up with very fast and accurate responses.

Great support and efficient app, highly recommended ! Cesar solved all the small details and helped me a lot to configure comments section.

The customer service team is excellent - they respond very quickly and helped me with some installation issues. I recently downgraded from a paid plan back to the free plan - but it isn't the fault of the app (I just can't seem to get customers to leave reviews!). Should my site gain more traffic and reviews, I would definitely upgrade again!

I give support 5 stars. Because they helped me a lot. The app is fine for the beginners as free. Later for advanced setting it's better to go with paid option.

We used this app to migrate from the previous reviews app. Got more than we bargained for with email and Q&A systems, 3-in-1 basically! Also, Hamza Ouasti did a stellar job in no time adjusting the app code to our liking so that it looked perfect and spot on our website.

Nice App and good. But Q and answer section should be keep free. it is missing in free version and price need to be reduce. it will be good if the starting price is 5 dollar instead of 15$

They always helped me, very quickly at any time of the day I wrote. I moved from Stamped.io because the costs were too high and the staff was awful, they answered hard and didn't help me much, I always had to manage on my own and on Judge.me they have lower costs and quality services with much over, and the staff is incredible. I highly recommend it

I love this app, we've used many but this one is the best one. Their support is outstanding and the app is amazing. I would defiantly recommend this app.

Leonardo helped me a lot to import review files. It took a while but he was very nice. I will use this app for other shops ofc.

We use Judge.me on two different Shopify stores, and the experience with both is a game changer. The usability is simple and easy, everything is customizable to be exactly what we need, and as always the support is spectacular. I just wrote into the live chat in the app and Cesar had the issue figures out in 7 minutes from when I wrote the first message...WOW!!! Thanks so much guys and keep helping stores grow, you're doing awesome!
