I had the free version, but quickly realized that I needed more! I bought the paid version within a few days. It was a learning curve when I first downloaded the app. Honestly, I felt overwhelmed. I found that there were many obstacles in my way. I reached out to the support team and they helped resolve everything. They are very quick with responses within the chat feature they have installed in the app. With the help of the team, I was able to maximize the all of the apps tools. I've already increased my sales by increasing social proof. The review section looks so professional just like Amazon. DON'T get the shopify review app this one looks better and you don't have to worry about code. The app is automatically installed if you want it to be. I can not recommend this app enough! Pay the $15 because it is worth it! The increase in sales will cover the cost each month. Keep up the good work you guys!

I was totally lost with other review apps when I decided to try Judge me. The client service helped me instantly (even on saturday), guided me and parametered few otpions on my store, for me, in real time. The app seems to be super complete and easy to parameter. Moreover, it is fully translated in french (which is an additionnal comfort ^^). Thanks again !!!
