The question isn't IF you need reviews for your shop, the question is HOW you handle it. I am super happy with my choice of Judge.me. Has all the features you need and more, is easy to use and not as expensive as some competitors. Plus: quickest support team I have ever experienced (thanks Omar!). Two thumbs up and definitely a recommendation.

Just WOW is enough to describe my experience with Judge.me. It's so easy to use, not to mention the support team is quick. I had a problem after changing themes where new products with no reviews had a ghost (0) show up where the review count would be and they responded to me instantly and fixed the problem I was having in less than 5 minutes. The setup is really easy, all you need to do is to click automatic setup, and the code gets set up instantly - hassle-free and hands-free. The customization of the review section under products is really easy as well - all you have to do is go to customize the widget and change things you want to be different, and then click save settings.

I needed something easy to setup to enable customer reviews. This app definitely did the trick! I did need to reach out to support for help with something and the response time was withing minutes and the help I needed was finished almost immediately and things look perfect. Highly recommend!

Awesome support! Both times I've contacted them (a customization, and an issue with Google) the replies and the solutions came on the same day. The app itself has been great: the widgets look good, and I really like the integration with Klaviyo.
