THE BEST! So simple to use, great looking layout, awesome extra features like sending customers coupons when the leave a review, also a great security feature that lets you weed out non-verified buyers from leaving (bad) reviews for free discount codes or other mischievous reasons .. Awesome all around Customer service 100/10, live chat is really quick to respond and never fall short of answering my question correctly LOVE THE APP LOVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE 100/10 !!!

I only installed the app a few days days ago and I am currently using the free version, with a view to upgrade in the near future. I am totally impressed with the smooth set up and the free version is good for the basic requirements of getting reviews onto the site. The Awesome features will make the app even more impressive on the site and to tailor to the look of the brand etc. The customer service is outstanding, any help required or questions posed to them in the chat or email have all been answered within a few minutes! Perfect for someone who is impatient and who has lots of questions to ask! Brilliant support chat! I look forward to upgrading and using all the other features available in the near future!

So far really liking this app as it helps me boost trust on my website! I find the settings bit a little complicated though, but will get my head around it soon.

App work well, makes the shop look good, and if you ever run into any issues, they are there finding solutions and addressing concerns. For me, customer service is a must and they have this covered!

It's a little confusing (I just had trouble with installing review ratings) , but the costumer service (Leonardo) was great with assisting me.

I really like this app. It integrates perfect with my store. But the absolute best is the customer service of judge-me. They helped me to install and it was just perfect. Last week I had a problem, I asked for help and judge-me solved the problem in a few hours. Thankyou Jude-me for the great work!!!

We switched from Review.io to Judge.me and we couldn't be happier for the fraction of the cost that reviews.io were charging us .. we have more features than we had before not to mention the support staff at judge.me are 24/7 available to help with anything you need The only reason we didn't go with Judge.me in the first place because they weren't a Google review partner but we were able to submit Judge.me google review feed and it got accepted and our products are already showing star reviews 10/10 very much recommended
