Customer service is amazing - they aren't kidding about the 24/7 support. Within seconds of submitting my question, Lam hopped on the chat and not only quickly solved my problem, but also reviewed all my settings, fixed a rich snippet, and made some great suggestions. All under 5 minutes. The review app itself is good and low maintenance. Fairly easy set-up, we've switched and updated themes a few times since installing this app and had no trouble with the theme changes, just needed a couple of minor tweaks. We have tried several other review apps and Judge.me seems to be the best value so far.

So far the customer service is TOP NOTCH. I just downloaded the app today and they have helped answer my million and one questions as I set everything up all day. Within minutes! That is unheard of. So happy to have found this app!

Takes some patience to get the app to operate with good success, but I have now synced it with other apps to get better results. So far so good.

This is one of the best apps with amazing service on the app store. I do Absolutely recommend Judge Me and this should have some weigh in since I am an e-commerce entrepreneur since 12+ years and I have tested pretty much everything on the market remotely similar to this.

Within 48 hours of installing this app and paying the $15 a month, we were able to get around 80 reviews on orders from the last few months. Normally we are lucky to get 1 review per month, so was very pleased, and the customer service is prompt and good too, so that's a bonus.

App does what it needs. There are a few features that I wish it did, but overall, I am very happy with it. Support is great too!

Using the app for a while now, we have to admit that we're really satisfied, especially with the support team. Very very reactive, everyday, which is a great advantage when you are not too patient. Further more the possibilities allowed by the app is huge, and the price is a lot more competitive than with other apps, that's why we've chosen Judge.Me. Please keep your support like that :)

New to Judge.me but really enjoying its depth of features. The support is very good as well. It's taken 2 min or less for someone to jump on a live chat with me. Want to thank Lam for his patience while answering my numerous questions on customization. The one thing i would like to see reviewed is the need to send out a review request for each item purchased. If a client buys multiples of the same product where the difference is only colour and they get review requests for each product that could be annoying. I would be okay with a client getting a review request based on product type or group. For example a client buys 2 sponges and 2 bars of soap. they would only get 1 requests for the sponges and 1 request for the bars of soap. in short it would be 1 request per product type. Last would love to be able to add a review button to write or read reviews. on the home page. Some clients weren't sure where to go. Can't wait to get some video reviews!!!
