Great app and customer service. Had a look at several competitors and this seems to be the best option.

I've used this app on several stores. It does everything you'd want from a review app. Additionally, their support is hands-on and will literally help you with anything you need with setup. They really go above and beyond!

I use the free plan and so far very satisfied with the scope. The support is simply WOW. 1 message and 15min later the solution was already carried out automatically! 5 STARS!

Granted, I am still very new to this app, but a couple of things are pretty clear to me even at this early stage: 1) Judge.me is a very feature-rich app and seems to have pretty much everything a modern e-commerce site needs to professionally handle reviews. There doesn't seem to have much competition in this space. 2) What's even more impressive is their tech support: extremely fast, very very knowledgeable and totally goes out of their way to help you; all of which is pretty rare these days. So all in all, very satisfied with judge.me.

great app, i find it quick and easy to use, you can easily import reviews from alibaba and they come in a nice layout that suits me and my customers. Suport is also class!
