This review app is everything that you need, it's slickly designed and they've really thought of everything (for example hiding the review section if there aren't any reviews yet), and there are a lot of customisations available even on the free plan. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

This app has a lot of features for free. As our website starts to grow we have no problems paying for this service in the future. People love reviews and Judge.me does it right. They have always responded to my questions within a day and sometimes even hours, on a weekend. I can't say enough good things about this app. It's just one less thing I don't have to think about.

I have changed themes and had many issues getting everything sorted. I contacted Judge.me customer service and they were able to help me in multiple ways. Very much appreciated! It is extremely annoying to have to type 100 characters to submit a review

I can't believe how long it took us to learn about / install judge.me It has SO many features for a fraction of the price of other major reviews applications. Set up is involved but worth the time and chat support and email support are extremely responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend it!

Great app! Allows my customers to easily make reviews and then display them on my site. Couldn't ask for better.

I love this app!! I haven't had any problems with it and when I have needed help the customer service chat is fast and easy! I was trying to figure something out with importing reviews and Cesar from customer service was SUPER helpful. I was able to get my questions answered and back on my way very quickly.

Perfect just what i needed in my store, the ability to have photo reviews makes a massive difference to sales. Customer service is 100%, approached me regarding a issue they found in my store and fixed it for me, cannot find any faults with this app.

Friendly and quick to respond. They even respond on weekends. Also, judme is good at solving problems quickly. Customers can also modify the product by giving a lot of feedback through judme, which can lead to customer satisfaction and increase in sales.

It collects a lot of reviews, and above all, the support in case of trouble is wonderful! It is very kind and gives good advice to Japanese people who are not good at English. It's a very good team. I plan to continue using it habitually.

Hands down the best review app out there, everything is customizable, easy to use and the service support is fantastic and prompt to answer questions. Look no further.
