The installation was smooth. Cesar was more than helpful. Has all the features you'd need for a new store, at a fraction of what Yotpo offers. Couldn't recommend it more highly.

I have been using Judge.me since I launched my store last year and it has been great! The number of customization options is fantastic and it has a great visual appeal. I had a minor problem where the second page of reviews would not load and the judge.me support team fixed the problem incredibly fast! Five stars all the way around!

Good issue resolution reached quite a number of times. They were helpful every time. I wished we could have spoken over the phone to make the process faster.

The best support so far from all Review apps we tested. The menu within the app is a little bit too clustered for our taste and the UI could improve heavily, but it works and the support replies via Live Chat feature within seconds. They even help installing and customizing requests we had. Thanks LAM! This is outstanding.

Absolutely Delight. Got my page updated in Google within a few days; I still want them to work a lot more their UX as my theme prestige is not going well with their default options. It just works the way it should.

UPDATE: After a year of use it's still working great and customer support is fantastic. We purchased a new theme recently and the Judgeme files were installed by customer support in less than 5 minutes. This is an amazing app. We were successful in importing our numerous reviews from Etsy - not easy, but we did get the workflow up and running. The app is super customizable. We haven't had to contact support yet, everything is working well. And the review "page" looks just like a Pinterest page, images and reviews. Nice. Thanks for creating a review app that just works, and works well.
