Excellent support on all 3 of the apps from this company, chat is very fast and the apps excellent value! Allowing cooperation within the admin has been very fast and professional, Nolan one of the support guys took little more than 2 hours to implement an edit to our theme once we asked him. Apps work well and easy, unfortunately the e mail notification to inform the points expire is not working and we are waiting now for 1.5 yrs. It seems not to be apriorty. The support chat function works really well, Tania was really helpfull today changing the widget to the basic one again.

Lydia was super helpful when we were having issues with searching for customers. :) I've spoken to several team members and everyone is always very nice and addresses my issues promptly. Definitely recommend this app :)
