This is a great app! My customers love it and it has brought me in quite a bit of sales so it's a win win! I love when I can make my customers happy and Joy does that. The app is wonderful as a basic means for managing a rewards and loyalty program. However there documentation is lacking and their support is horrible. I have yet to receive help with issues I have managing simple functions within it. So, if you download this app, be prepared to figure it out on your own - you'll get no help from their support team. The customer support is really fast and have helped me sort out issues almost immediately. Hana and her colleagues have been really helpful. I have only dropped one-star because on the admin side of things the app is quite slow to load or save settings. Otherwise this would be a 5-star app.

We had an issue that the widget popup doesnt show properly and it was behind the header, thanks to the professional and prompt support from Abby and Raymond , the issue was resolved.
