This is one of the best loyalty program I have ever seen , And the customer service (especially Liz) is top tier. If you are looking for customer retention , Definitely you need this app.

It's been easy to use, add tiers, points, and redemptions. Customer service has been great. I've dealt with Hana, and she responded to my questions with easy-to-follow instructions and direct answers. We are excited to use the app and hope our customers enjoy it as well.

All the functionality works as expected. But more than anything, the technical support is amazing. Even if you're not familiar with some tech skills to modify the UI, support team will assist you right away.
