The customer service is outstanding, they respond quickly and fixed my problem quick as well. I spoke to Hana and she was nice and solved my problem quickly. Definitely recommend. I love an App that has chat support and they are not only 1) responsive and 2) actually help with your questions or needs. I just downloaded Joy and I had a couple setup questions/clarifications and Prakash was on in a couple minutes and walked me through all my needs. I went from a "maybe I'll keep looking at other solutions" to "I'm sticking with Joy" in one chat session. Very extensive setup guide and very helpful support make this a no-brainer!

Installed the app and had some quick quistions about it. Alyssa had all the answers and even helped with a little coding while the technical team wasn't available at that time. The app is easy to use en flexibel enough to implement all idea's you have about Loyalty.
