Anh and Mandy helped me fix an issue really quickly. They responded quickly and explained everything very clearly. They were great to work with!

This app goes beyond a 5 star-rating!! The system that is in place for using the app and learning how to integrate personal customizations for your product selection is truly ingenious. This is an innovative solution that is worth the small investment. From our experience, it's the wonderful customer service that makes using the app worthwhile.

I spent more time choosing our product options app than anything else. In the end Infinite Options by ShopPad is clearly the best option. It functions the best, has the best support, and the pricing is even better than the competition.

What a headache trying to figure this all out on my own! I was creating a product page with so many options and the rep, Santiago, was so helpful! He he was very responsive and walked me by each step! Truly a life saver as I was launching the product in less than 24hours! Thanks team!

app is working very well, the team is very co-operative and responsive and make sure to put in their all efforts that app is working 100% for every customer functionality wise and visually too 5 stars for sure

We're really liking this app so far but the setup was a challenge. We had to contact support several times. Luckily, support is excellent and responsive. Another thing, the app's dropdown menus do not change the price on the product page. We have an art store, where we use the app to allow customers to add a frame to the art and when they select a frame style, the price does not change to reflect the accurate price of the frame with the art. The workaround we used was to make the frame Label Product title the add-on price so the additional price is somewhere on the product page. Not ideal but fine for now. If the app could include this feature, I would change to 5 stars. Overall, good value and we'll be keeping the app.

Our shop does personalized wall art and we really needed something like this to collect customer's personalizations. I don't have coding experience and the support team has been so patient and quick to respond. Hands down the best service out of all the apps we're using - they are my favorite because I feel so supported. I have no complaints at all and highly recommend this app.

I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH. Wow, where do I start. This solved all of our product variant issues in one simple install. We chose to have the installation completed by the team. SEAMLESS. The instructional videos were certainly helpful, but the tool was intuitive enough to make it easy to learn. I loved the experience the team provided. Absolutely one of the best!!!

Discovered this app by chance. Extremely please with it. Very easy to use interface. This app can also bundle products together into the cart with product options. Thanks for making this feature! One more improvement: With product bundle, you can type in the price of the product(s) manually on the options available. It would be great if the currency of this price can change according to IP localisation in your coin app or shopify's native currency selection.

The Customer Service Team at Infinite Options has been outstanding. My concerns were quickly addressed, and I am very satisfied. Annette did an excellent job in assisting me with my layout. I would highly recommend the app, but more importantly, the Customer Service Team behind the app is what makes the difference.

The support has been strong and prompt, apps is also much more user friendly compared to other option apps.

This app is great for the custom engraving part of our business. Every time we've had a problem with the way it integrates or operates on our site I've gotten quick help from the support team.
