Hope you will add loading file option. When i was opening a personalization box for customer. I cant add a note box on there. Hope the app will be good

I highly recommend these apps especially their customer services. So an amazing experience with their support. These apps work perfectly.

So far I have been very impressed with this app and the customer service I have received. Every time I ask for help I am given personal assistance almost immediately and I am given additional resources related to my question that can help me manage my store. They even coded my options so that they matched the theme of my store! I definitely would recommend this app to anyone who needs to add more options to their products in Shopify.

Very Bad customer service which leaves you struggle and answers after hours - very frustrating experience: I had to set up the app by myself before figuring out that it doesn't support the most important and basic option which is matching the variants with the prices in Shopify. They say they can customize the options once you set them for 20$ but when you ask them they don't

The team is very, very quick at responding and very helpful. I would highly recommend this app to others.

I chose the pro install option for this app which sped up the uploading of the options on the page and also improved the styling. It's worth watching the videos when getting started as they explain the setup of the options well. I would recommend this app.

I really like this app and was able to get the additional options I was needing for my products. I had a few issues with how the app was styling the new options, but the customer service using their expert help feature was absolutely outstanding and was able to tackle my issues with speed and effectiveness.

We use this app to offer engraving on bottles to our customers and we are very satisfied. The option works very well, the customer service is very responsive and they were very helpful in improving the visibility of the box. We are very pleased and would recommend it to anyone.

Used a few of these apps but couldn't get the results I needed, but this app did the job. Brilliant customer service as well.

It basically solved all my problems for my made-to-order clothing line. Every problem I had was solved either immediately or within a few hours when they graciously did a custom code workaround for a problem I was having. Thank you ShopPad team!

Needed a way to get more options and conditionals through our POS app. Infinite Options delivered on those features! There was an instance of needing further development help however, that may seem to be an issue on Shopify's end.

I don’t even know where to start. First, customer service is AMAZING! I had some questions regarding some features and they replied very fast and showed you step by step to “add” that feature on your website! Second, I’m obsessed with this app. This app its very easy to install, its customizable and it was perfect addition to my store. Thank you guys for all the hard work and constant help with my store. I highly recommend it!!!

Nice and clean-looking. Easy to use. They have an amazing support team, indeed. When I struggled with customizing a date picker, they helped me quickly. I am so glad about this app so far.

Nice app with great support team . Recommendation : It would be nice to have some basic functions like default values for Checkboxes.

We use this for color selection on custom products. When we changed our theme we needed help with fixing the coding snippets and getting it to look the way we needed it. After a few days of trying to find the right app for bundles/mix and match for my needs, I found this one. I had a little bit of trouble getting it to the right configurations but I reached out to customer support and they helped! Santiago and I messaged each other back and forth (on a Sunday no less) and he helped me figure it all out. I'm so excited to be launching in two days.
