My store could not operate if it wasn't for this wonderful app. I have very limited stock given the type of product that I offer and this app enables me to control what I have available on my store. For me, an evaluation of an app is not just about the app itself, but about the support and service level behind the app too. I can't recommend enough the ShopPad team who have been incredibly responsive to our needs integrating the app. They even went as far as custom coding around an issue which was being caused by our theme. App itself does exactly what it says - gives you an infinite amount of options - and what also appears to be an infinite amount of support too :)

This app helps me manage my customers by selecting product options, delivery dates and organising back of house. The customer support is faultless - highly recommend!

I love that I can have infinite options, but I wish there was a way to attach individual prices to options without adding a whole new product.

We just starting using this but, it has already become integral to how our store is run. It is very easy to set up options/conditions and edit/adjust them when we need it. The best option adding app I have found in my short time with Shopify.

We just started using Infinite Options and it seems to have a lot of potential. I'm not quite getting how to achieve the results I want with one required field, but that's likely due to my lack of time watching tutorials or asking Infinite Options customer support for help. However, 95% of what I needed is on our site and working and I am very happy to have found this solution.

we've been running a local cake delivery service since the first scottish lockdown and had been updating (and deleting) the delivery dates manually at the end of every day and it was not a fun experience. the infinite options delivery date picker is legit the bee's knees and the customer service has also been amazing. the sole "criticism" would be that you can't specify an amount of a variant for a particular date but honestly that's just me nitpicking now.

My favorite part about this app was the team behind it -- super responsive and went above and beyond to help me with my specific questions! Highly recommend.

It's a really simple app to set up and gets the job you want done with ease. Also their customer service is really good. I had difficulty setting up a personalise feature on our website, more to do with the product having multiple items. I contacted Support and Mandy straight away helped me set up exactly what I needed to do. She was super professional and friendly and very supportive and patient. We tried multiple personalisation apps on our site and we've stayed with Infinite Options because it does exactly what we need it to do on our product pages and the customer service is fantastic. Well done guys!

Best. Options. App. Ever. Ordering products from my business is a complicated process because each item can be customized a few different ways. Not only is this app nimble enough to build different sets of customization choices while maintaining the integrity of the UX, it was pretty easy and intuitive to work with AND the customer chat support is AMAZING!!! I highly recommend this app for anyone with a customization business.

This app is useful for our business that offers customisation and offers free features beyond Shopify variant options. The customer support is prompt to respond and efficient and effective with their solutions.

This app allows options to be added to any product. Especially for those looking to do personalized products. For my theme, I do need customer support help with the coding to make it sit right on the page. Customer Support is quick and great.

The app is perfect but it's even better the support team. We had a couple of questions and changes that we wanted to do and they helped in all of them solving the questions. It's a perfect app for your online shop. 5 stars!!

The first thing I want to mention is the customer service. I have never experienced anything to that degree of customer service (which I now question my own customer service!) . Anything that has arisen they have responded quickly and efficiently. The app is very easy to use. This is not the first app that I have tried in the past with these types of features and it has been the most simplest app to date. Nothing but amazing thing about the app itself as well as the customer service.

I was desperately looking for an app to use for my store as I offer personalised items and could not find one initially. After browsing the Internet I came across an old article and Infinite Options was mentioned as an app so I had to check it out. I started by watching all the videos and copied the items that I wanted to test and I was amazed at how easy it was to set up and add my first selection of items. The app works smoothly and is making the hard work less of a chore and more of a get it done approach so thank you for that. I feel it is more than worth the tiny amount they charge per month and as a company who will be offering over a thousand personalised items once done, it has helped to stop any disruption on my main website. Thanks for the app and keep up the good work. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs to add additional details to their product listings.
