The app itself is super easy to use and integrate. The staff is beyond helpful and responsive. I haven't had any issues they didn't get right in and fix!

Excellent customer support. They are very quick to answer and the app works great with our theme. We use a lot of customization, so we had used other similar apps before, but this one is very intuitive and faster to get everything going.

Used the app to add some input fields to the product pages, it works very well and is very easy to set up. The input boxes were out of alignment by a few pixels, so I pinged them an email and it was fixed almost immediately.

I needed help moving our options on our product pages, and with Mandy's help, it was seamless and easy!

I've been using this app for over a year and have loved it. I did run into a little trouble when converting my store over to a new theme but after contacting the team they resolved my issue overnight and went above an beyond to make sure the design fit my new theme. I decided to write this review after one year of using this app. Trust me, this app is amazing! For those who are new in using this app, please read through their website's article if you encounter some problem, you will found a lot of helpful article there, or just email their friendly staff, response time is just within hour. The price is definitely worth the value! It is almost impossible to find any similar app at this price point!

This app is absolutely amazing! But its not the app functionality itself (which is awesome BTW) that makes this great, its the people in the support department that really make this app amazing. Mandy, Annette, Jordin, and Anh are truly rock stars! They are the most helpful people that I have ever encountered in tech support. Their willingness to help shows no bounds. They are the reason why I use this app and will continue to. I hope any future hires in the support department live up to the excellent example that the 4 of them have shown. I have evaluated different options for adding new fields under products and Infinite Options has stood out to be the easiest of all. I have came a cross a small issue installing due that Dawn theme has been upgraded. I have reached support and within a vary quick time, they have jumped and helped with the issue seamlessly, love their customer service! I Highly recommend ShopPad Inc. Apps!

This app is very difficult to set up options in and very time consuming to figure it out. There is no customer service number to call to get a walk through to set up.

I'm just getting my store set up and needed a great app for offering product options for my customers. The support at ShopPad has been top-notch! I'm still feeling around in the dark in regards to getting all the pieces in place to launch, and it feels great knowing ShopPad is there when I need some help!

Works as designed, needed to add some product options and this fit the bill. Had a couple problems getting this set up but I got there and so far it is working well. Like much of Shopify, the documentation is a little confusing. The customer service is amazing, though, which is why I rated this 5 starts. Quick responses to all my questions pointing me in the right direction, often to an existing article or post with sample code or how-to directions. Nice!

Exactly what we were looking for in order to upsell compatible products. I was looking for something that would show a product image and this app allows you to upgrade a custom image swatch which worked nicely.

I needed this app because shopify couldn't handle our customization options. This team is great! I needed a slightly modified version of one of their options and after discussing with support they offered to make the update for me. The support team is super responsive and responded to most of my emails within an hour. Thanks for the great product!

We just switched over to Infinite Options from a similar, more expensive, options app and couldn't be happier with our decision. We have a lot of product customizations for our jewelry business, but this app handles just about all of them. While it is certainly a bit quirky at times, there is usually a way to workaround the problems that come up. Our experience with the customer service staff alone has been reason enough for us to stay with this app. Whether we have an issue with code, or need advice on how to properly run an option set, their team is there to answer us in a timely fashion and will great detail. We hope the app continues to grow and add functionalities (such as the ability to add files as an option) but in the meantime, we are very pleased with the product, and extremely excited to continue working with this professional and proactive company.

I wasted HOURS installing/uninstalling the code snippet, changing the display option selections, disabling quick shop, editing the cart labels ect and still couldn't get it to work. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. One word: VELA. I did in 5 minutes on a free app what I couldn't do in 5 hours on a paid app. This may work for your theme but it certainly didn't work for mine.

We have several products with conditional variants and this plugin helped us achieve exactly what we needed. We created a first option with 4 possible choices and each choice would display the remaining options for that choice. We used a conditional statement to Show / Hide an option based on the selection of the first option. Amazing results and easy to setup! Happy customers and happy support staff!

After trying a few other apps I'm so glad I found Infinite options. It literally has everything I needed and more! It is super easy to use and I'm confident that as my business grows Infinite will be ready for anything I need to add. The support team is also AMAZING. They responded almost immediately whenever I had questions, helped me with whatever I was asking and went above and beyond to the point of making suggestions to help my site and adjustments for a cleaner look.
