We needed to collect some information on a customizable ornament we had launched & they helped us get it installed and set up correctly super fast. Really appreciate their solid customer service and easy to use app.

Infinite Options has done it again! Quickly and efficiency is one of their best assets! I need to make our packing slips list all of the infinite options that were selected during check-out. BOOM! Sent an email and they sent me the snippet code with instructions to attach it to Shopify's shipping settings. Got this done all in less than 24 hours. I will continue to use Infinite Options once we launch our new website in 2022! Thank you Daniel and team!

The workflow templates are such a game-changer. I was fumbling around connecting our orders to AirTable via Zapier for hours. Then, I discovered Mesa and its templates. Beep bop boop - a few clicks later and my whole workflow was done.

Fantastic app - does everything I need it to do and is very easy to implement and use. Very easy to customise to integrate with my chosen theme and works perfectly every time. However, what really make Infinite Options stand out for me is the truly outstanding support. I had a couple of queries, more to do with my lack of expertise around Shopify rather than problems, but the support team dealt with my requests very quickly and professionally. Hats off to the team at Infinite Options!

I added Infinite Options on Brighton House Decor and My Event Decor earlier this month, and wished I had done it earlier. It's so easy for customers to select their preferred colours, flavours, models, names and signage, saves them and me time, and I think it helps close the sale, too. Well worth it!

I just set up this app, it was very easy to do and if you need help the Expert Install has incredibly amazing customer service, they helped me within 24 hours. highly reccommend.

5 years ago I posted a 1 star review. Since then the app has gone from bad to great and we are now very happy with it. Also the support is great and acts fast on any issues

I have just started using this app, setting up with the help of the developers. The experience has been very good, they are very responsive in following up requests. Very Happy!

I use this app on multiple stores, it works great for ALMOST every situation. My only complaint is that there is no file upload...if you need this functionality one work around is setting up an iframe for a Google Form submission, or simply using another app. The team is also great, they respond quick and have fixed any issues within hours of the request.

I tried 3-4 apps for product variant and custom options, but everyone had a problem. One didn't work with discount coupons, another didn't open the cart tray and yet another didn't make it very intuitive on the cart page. I found Infinite Options to be really useful, and it takes care of all our needs as a modern store. Very simple user interface to add/edit options and works like a charm. I took the team's help for configuration, and they did an amazing job in a single working day. Thanks a lot, friends, and keep it up! Best Regards, Sanchit

I had a great experience using Infinite Options by ShopPad. The setup was easy and a lot of things are automatic by using tags. It's totally worth spending extra to hire expert to set up other coding stuffs and most importantly making the appearance match with the theme. A huge shout out to Mandy Hom who had adjusted all the appearance based on my perfectionism and OCD requirements. I have to say that it seems very common sense to her that how things would appear aesthetically pleasing on the website. Not everyone can have this art sense. I am absolutely happy with how things turn out! Thank you!

At all the apps I use, this one is by far the best! With the help of this app, I'm able to offer my customers options that they normally would not find on any other website. I Absolutely love this app and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Let me start by saying was not looking so much for a bundle app but a way of adding variant so google did not say how is this twice as much as the advertised price. The app nearly let me do this but the customer could only choose more than 1 in cart and I wanted them to choose on the product page thus getting away from variants. The app was very well thought out but I had to insert code which they helped with so that went well but should have been automatic. To use the app I had to watch video after video to fully understand the app they need to refine just to a few clicks a lot of app developers forget how little store owners know when starting out. Yes, good app in time it will be a great app

The customer service is fantastic on this app. I am not tech-savvy in the slightest and Mandy H helped me solve my issue in no time. Excited to see the full potential of this app.

ShopPad's products are good, the price is fair, the customer service is good, I would strongly recommend you to try it out if you want to customize your store.

After Shoppad people have installed Infinite Options in my main Theme instead of a backup, I have tested it and wasn't satisfied with the possibilities, I have requested via emails to all email address ever sent to me several times to delete all inserted codes. There were zero replies and the code is still in my Theme. Very disappointed in the way that works with them. Money rules? Be aware of this, when you decide to go for a trial install.
