I installed this app to help with the personalised goods that I offer via my Shopify Store. Some of the items I sell have options that require detailed multiple selections such as name, colour, personalised message etc... This app is absolutely fantastic, and the support you receive from the team (should you need it), is always swift, courteous and easy for us novices to understand. I cannot rate this app or the Hulk team enough - this app has transformed my on-line store - install it, you need this app! Thanks Hulk Team.

We just moved to Shopify, and revamped our entire eCommerce site. Two important features we required were the use of color swatches, and file uploads. Infinite Product Options made these two requirements extremely easy to implement. We had half a dozen enhancements we wanted to see, and they implemented them and turned them around in no time.

Great app and fantastic support! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to add bespoke options to their products.

We use the app to create a custom product that can be comprised of 5 different flavors with 25 different options. Shopify doesn't allow too many variants per product so we were successfully able to include 125 variants. Support is great and quick at responding to any questions or bugs.

This app helped me to provide grind options for my whole bean coffee store, and also offer gift boxes. The team was super helpful in tweaking the code, as it conflicted with another of their apps (Volume Discounts)

It stopped working and even disabled my "go to checkout" button so my customers could not buy. i might have lost them now and I lost money. Fix it asap or I will be searching for another app

Excellent application. You can do almost anything with it on the shop. The support is very efficient and also very reactive. They were even kind enough to make the modifications I needed on my shop themselves. For all this I highly recommend.

I Installed this app and I didn't understand why the custom options that added to my products wasn't being updated but their Team did everything to help me, plus it's all free!!!!!!

When we originally used this app, it seemed to cause us no end of problems - and the customer service to rectify problems seemed very slow. However having tried several other apps, the features this app offers are very accommodating and it is reasonably priced. We have just started using it again to see if things are any better and I have to say, the customer service has been incredibly good, fast and patient. A vast improvement from about 6 months ago :)

App does what it says it is going to do and very well at that! Easy to implement/use. Saved the day when it came to adding options/variables/conditions, etc. Paid tier is worth it even though the free tier provides so much value. Highly recommend!

I'm very grateful for this app, which I'm using for both of my stores. The ability to have independent, multiple option sets per product is something that should really be built in to Shopify. Thank you, Hulk, for giving us a free app that provides this functionality. A very minor recommendation would be to allow us to hide the asterisk on required field headings, and make it so the colon does not appear on the second line by itself, which looks odd.

In order to customize product option, I found a lot of apps, but most of them are not supported or require more money. Fortunately, I found this app"Infinite Product Options", which meets most of my needs, and the most important thing is that it can add product custom prices to the shopping cart. I encountered some trouble during the process of setting up the app, and their staff responded quickly. Very fast, and to solve my problem, thank them again.Eric
