One of the worst app we ever used. Messed up our theme and Hulk refused to accept their mistake. We consulted so many developers and everyone pointed out to this app causing the disturbance. They simply refused to help and really messed up the theme.

Unfortunately - incompatible with LOTS of built-in functions of shopify, like currency convertor. Have been back and forth with customer service for a long time already, they responded quickly but since the app is problematic in itself, this app is really not friendly for shopify users like us.

Support is phenomenal for a free service, very quick, reply within 2-4 hours which is great, highly recommend this app especially if you want options like gift wrapping or small extras because Shopify does not let you do this! Would 100% recommend, great team of caring developers and customer service staff

Super useful plugin, even in the free version! Also Hulk Apps are great at support, they fixed a translation issue I stumbled upon in no time. No brainer to use their plugins when you're in need.

I have received my first order through customization options from this app a few days ago... I did, however, lose 25$ of revenue from that order because the added options from this app didn't count towards the final price. The problem was in my store cart, buyers could click on the PayPal button for fast checkout, essentially skipping the checkout page. The checkout page is important for this app, however, its where the addon prices get added to the total price. I contacted support and they helped me by editing the HTML code for me and removed that paypal button. Buyers can still pay by paypal, but it takes them one more mouse click, which is fine for me. I need the customizations badly and this app provides just that... You can check it in action at www.outofmarbles.com if you want. Anyways, keep up the good work and I heard there is new feature coming soon where we will be able to have images instead of bullet points :)

Lost $300 in revenue on 2 orders. Waiting for support to contact me. The options are in there and it says the money will be added to cart, but guess what? No dollar amount is added to cart and I have to pay out of my own pocket. Absolutely stunned at this. I knew in my heart before spending hours on integrating this app that I should of just went with the Bold product options. Stupid me lol.

App does exactly what I needed. Responsive support was provided along with quick installation. Looking at other apps from the brand.

I like this app. In the beginning it was a little complicated to understand how it works and I ran into some installation issues, but thanks to the great tech support my problem was resolved quickly and efficiently. Now it works fine. If you sell custom/personalized products and you need customer's input, this app is a great solution.

I used this app for the custom listings on my store that required customer input. I got stuck a few times and reached out to customer support by opening a support ticket each time. Customer support was amazing and helped me through each issue within 12 hours, including fixing the listings as I requested and doing some coding to correct an issue I had with my custom listings. I am a fan and highly recommend this app!

This app was what we were looking for when it came to providing our customers with a lot of variations, but not being limited by the Shopify 3 variant limit. The customer support was great and the app provides you with the ability to change the prices based on your variants. Where the app loses a couple of stars is the product selection process to apply your variants to your products, you cannot select by tag (you can search by tag though but still have to select each product individually), you cannot select by collection, and the app will not capture any new products without you adding them manually. If you have a lot of products like we do (100+ of about 10 designs), then you must select each product individually with a scroll down view. Once you reach the end of the scroll bar it loads more products, which if you ended up searching your products by a tag, the tag disappears and then shows every one of your products instead of it being filtered. This is such a pain in the ass to choose the products you want this app to be applied to we almost don't want to use it, but this seems to be the only one available where you can change the prices based on a variant. Once you get your products selected, we found that if you choose close to 50 products at once to import, a server error stops you from moving forward and then you have to start all over because it deletes your options set. If you were able to choose your products by collection rather than one by one, or the app would automatically import products to the list by tag or collection that would be great, but this is where it falls short. It really is a big burden having to select all of our products 20-30 at a time, keep track of where we left off so we don't get the server error for choosing too many products at once then going back into the list to import another 20-30. Update: After having this app for the free trial, I believe that we will continue to use it because of the customer service. The customer service has helped us integrate the app really well into our theme since it's not a free theme. We had so many integration issues with formatting on the checkout page, prices not being adjusted when customizations were chosen, invoices not showing the customization in our packing slips or on the customer end but only showing the base price and product, the discount code box not being available for the customers on the checkout page. This was all fixed in a timely manner even after being incredibly frustrated with the app, but we need that customization with being able to adjust prices. The customer service is really great and that's the only reason we're increasing our rating to 4 stars. We still have an issue with adding products to your option sets not being somewhat automated, which is why we can't give it 5 stars.

Great app, does what it says on the tin really. Had some teething problems with regard to options not changing the cart price, and also wanted to personalise the colour schemes further, but the Support team sorted both of these issues quickly for me, without me having to lift a finger. Also looks a lot sleeker and fits better with my branding than other options apps I've used in the past.

The options inside of the app were great however support was not good and product never worked. I payed for the premium installation and they installed the code inside of the head instead of the body which put a error on the front of my homepage. They did not respond to any of my support messages so I just went ahead and deleted the app.

I was irritated with Shopify's 3 variant limit. I'm so pleased with this app. It installs seamlessly, and the process is a piece of cake. It does exactly what I want and - god bless them - it's a free service. I'm grateful. The app is perfect and setup is easy. Took me less than 10 minutes. WIN.

This product should really be called Limited Products Options. I would definitely explore other app options before choosing this one.

Wow, I had an issue with my theme, as the app was not installing correctly and I don;'t know code, so I contacted there team, and MY GOD, there support emailing team is WONDERFUL, replied within few hours even during holidays, and they simply had me give there developers limited access and they fixed it right away. Now I'm working so MUCH BETTER in my business and sales and everything is now increase because of this little thing. I really appreciate the speediness and support from you guys, I'm super grateful that even in the FREE VERSION you can get SO MUCH out of this app.

Great app and amazing support. Submitted a request to install this app on my new theme and the Hulk Apps team had it fixed within an hour or my email, with screenshots showing the app was working as intended.

This is a great, easy to use, flexible app and the support team are brilliant. Quick resolutions and then an explanation of how they fixed it so you can replicate the resolution.

This app has helped us do exactly what we need for our webstore. When we had an issue the support was able to completely fix our problem in under an hour! We are very impressed.
