This app helped me take a product that needed 5 variants and add it to my store. The auto install seemed to work great, and I did get some help from the developers as well. They were very patient and made everything work perfectly, even after I needed help multiple times! I'm so excited to have this app help me sell exactly the way I want to!

Fantastic app which absolutely solved my problem and made it so easy to implement. You get so much for a free app, literally I don't feel at all restricted or compromised in what the free options give you. I've used Product Options and I cannot believe how they have created such a comprehensive app and kept it available for free. It does so much, far more than I ever expected to find a free app to do. And as if that wasn't enough, I was able to contact the developers and ask about a way to bring the product options into the confirmation emails - and they did it for me and it works beautifully. It's really easy to use, intuitive to figure out how to use it and completely does what it says. I am so happy with this app I will use it for other sites and the developer has other apps that I now wouldn't hesitate to try out - and I will!!

My store have many products and each product have multiple options, with Infinite Product Options from HulkApps, it really help me a lot on my store setup, save time and money :) And the support is fast and very helpful, they really listen to customer and always improve the feature! Updated Review: I downgrade it from 5 star to 3 star because the product options can't display correctly for people in Russia and China. Support unable to fix it and I lost many sales due to this problem.

The tech support team was great. I was having a problem with a certain theme, and they alerted me to a problem I didn't even know my store had. A+ customer service. Definitely recommended.

Can't say enough about the support with this app! Fast and helped me figure out exactly what the problem was...sadly my wonky theme doesn't work with this app, but it was super easy to understand and set-up! A+++ SUPPORT

I used this app to help add a personalisation tab for my products. It was easy enough to use, some things were harder to understand however when I needed help the support team were great and fixed the problem very quickly. Thank you!

We needed more options/variants for our site. Thanks HulkApps, get out of our head! LOL. It seems every time we go to the app store with a need, there is a HulkApp solution.

We needed a solution to add all the options our products come with. After hitting our head against the wall during migration, we discovered that there was an app to accomplish what we needed, thank goodness!

I used this app to add boxes to collect text from customers to be engraved on their purchases. Works really well and the bits I struggled to do were quickly fixed with an email to ask for support. When I asked how I could do something, they did it for me and were very quick to respond too! Love it!

Delete it already. Only $2 different, I installed another one more user friendly and more tutorial.

This app is amazing. You can mold the app the way you want if you are familiar with Javascript. Only challenge our team is facing is that when customer add a customization then it's showing as line item on product and cart page. However, on cehckout page it show as a new product with "Customization for xxxx" title and a blank image for that customized product. That is the pain! The app should be able to display a giftwrap thumbnail instead of a blank image. As per Hulkapps support they don't have access to checkout page. Spoke to Shopify support and they said that the developer of Hulkapps can fix that. This is the only drawback. Hope Hulkapps will fix that asap.

This app provided all the options I needed for my site. Very good features and simple to use. The best thing about my experience is their customer support. they are very responsive and ready to support with anything

Seeing how the team has been unresponsive for 2 DAYS with my urgent enquiry (problem which has caused customer complaints during 11.11 promo period), I have to write this here to warn anyone who needs to use this and needs discount code usage at checkout. Hulk product option app is creating a line item in draft order when a customer orders with an add-on option that requires TOP-up in money on TOP of original product price. For example in my case, it was name personalisation add-on function by Hulk Product Option app. This causes discount code field to not appear and cannot be applied at checkout page, though at cart page it seems ok. Customers have complained that discount code is not applied , creating frustrations at checkout. If Hulk team remains silent, then there is no choice but this app can’t be used for an ecommerce store that requires discount codes, which is actually a BASIC feature that is needed. We may have to seek alternatives. Initially the experience with them was great when I first on-boarded . They responded quickly and advised how to use to get it setup. Unfortunately in times of problems like this, they have gone silent

I Love this app! Everything is so much better than a version I was paying for before! Hulk Apps are smashing the game at the moment. I need some support tho... all previous and new uploads are automatically given the options Vinyl Colour, and these products, in particular, do not need that option set. This is messing with my store, can someone please help.

0 Stars wasnt an option so this gets 1. The app will display the correct up charges for my options but it will not charge them in the cart. This app has cost me a ton of time and money. I tried communicating this with the developers but I was just told that I needed to remove certain characters from my options. Some how / and ? are not compatible with this app, or so I was told. I removed all special characters and still have the same issue. This is a HUGE waste of time and money!
