This is app is seriously kickass. I am still familiarizing myself with it but I can see the potential this has. The support team that Hulk provides is on point. Game changer!

Excellent customer service and great support team. I'm very happy with the Hulk app. It allows our customers to add custom options and different variants on our products. I would highly recommend this app.

I like it very much because it allows complex customization. Also, I couldn't use the automatic installation for the theme I was using, but the support set up immediately!

Worst experience ever. This was a disaster!!!! After their developer changed the code, Shopify options stopped working and our customers couldn't choose the size! It happened our weekends sale and we lost all of the sales opportunities and advertising fee. They responded back like 4 days later and telling me "our firm was closed due to the Diwali Festival and that's the reason why we wasn't able to get back to you on time. " WOW! I ended up hiring another developer to fix this issue due to this stupid free app. I talked to several experts and they all say this app caused the problem but Hulk app never admit it and keep saying it's because of the theme. Awful. This free app is NOT worthy.

I found this app perfect for what I needed - having boxes on product pages for customers to leave personalisation information. It didn't take me long to work out how to add different options to different products. It makes my shop look a lot more professional.

Rubbish. The added costs don't even work, and the fields which are marked as required aren't really required. I tried myself and the extra prices for certain variants don't add on, and I can check out with out even filling in the required fields. Big no.

They state that you can use swatches in the free version, but it is not true. You have to switch to a paid version to do that. I might have paid have they not lied to me in the first place.

The support was a big help with integrating this app into our store! We were having a few issues and they went out of their way to help! Thank you!!!

Simple app but so strong. Very simple customized css! Just small issue - appear before submit button and not customize.

Customer support is good until you decide the app doesn't fit your needs and you want it removed then they don't respond to your emails and requests to have it removed. The uninstall option on the app doesn't remove the app and the instructions for how to uninstall brings up a 404 page. Contacting Shopify to see if they can get this app removed from my store!

Great app features. I received a lot of support with the installation and they responded to all my questions . The free plan allows to create swatches. However you can only assign them to the product variants with the pro version.

Great app, I needed help with the installation and got a fast response. I think one aspect could be better and that is the option set product or category lookup. Instead of an exact text search, a search that brings up a list of similar types or partial text search would help. Otherwise great

I have been using this app for some time and it's great when its working. But any change and it bugs out. I have just updated my theme on the 19th and sure enough its no longer updating prices in cart. The new theme (Narrative) also doesnt seem compatible on the lap top version as the options are not scrolling with the screen. I sent through a support ticket straight away and have put our site on password protect until its fixed and unfortunately its now monday 21st inching closer to lunch time and our site is still down with no one from support returning my emails to help. Every minute the site is down we're losing sales and if not resolved in the next couple hours I think i'm going to have to uninstall and look at other options so I can get our site back up. Please help ASAP!!

The app allows me to have a mixture of check boxes as well as text boxes which is helpful. they were super supportive to help me fix how the box was sitting on the page as well within a short time frame. great app!

When I need an app, first thing I do is to see if HulkApps has one available. They offer the best bang for your bucks hands down. Even the free plan has everything you need and their customer service is superb. I would give them a 10 stars if I could!

This app is super buggy and SLOOOOOW. It would often not apply the upgraded price on checkout. Meaning customers would select an option that had a significant upgrade price, but wouldn't be charged for it. Even if it did work correctly, nobody should install this if they care about page speed and conversion rate. It would take upwards of 4-5 seconds to load the product options - AFTER the entire page had already loaded. So slow that many customers actually hit ATC before the options loaded and therefore checked out without selecting any options.
