This app is great if you have many variants. The only drawback is that there is a noticeable delay when the page loads. The team is always available over Skype to assist and to customize - no waiting for days for an answer. They are quick, friendly and helpful.

I was searching high and low for an app to allow customers to order monograms. Staff was prompt and helpful, app works well (so far, still in testing).

I use this app for my customers to be able to leave text for personalization. I just started setting up my site and couldn’t figure out how to attach the personalization option to specific items. The customer service I received was amazing!!! They sent me a step by step video of how to do exactly what I was needing to do. They even gave me some other suggestions for my shop just to be helpful! And they were super friendly!!

We have personalisation and colour swatches that we need for our store and this app does the job as well as being easy to use. We have the free version which is great for our needs and struggled to find any other app which offered these options without paying quite a lot for. We had trouble installing it onto our theme however the team at Hulk has great customer support and fixed the issue within a matter of days.

I was using another app that it's much more expensive and I was having issues. I wanted to give this app a try so I installed it but couldn't make it work. I contacted the support team and within in minutes I got an answer and they were able to help me. I was very surprised with how fast they solved the issue and how good the multiple options look in my page. I highly recommend Hulk as they have a very clear vision of what customer service is. Thank you!

So far, very appreciative of the support this app and their team provide. They provided via email with the option to chat as well as a helpful video explaining exactly how to go about adding multiple variances to my product pages. Their follow up and eagerness to help while actually having an app that works had been very refreshing.

This app does get the job done and is a great value for the price point. The team at Hulk has great customer support. I have very specific features that I need on my product page and Hulk was always willing to help me and go in and fix things. This product options app works well. The biggest reason I chose this product options app over others is because it integrated with their Volume & Tiered Discounts app. I think that the app is easy enough to use but does require more steps to set up the options than other apps I tested. But for the price point this app does provide great value. I like working with Hulk.

I love the app and the great communication & customer service provided by Hulk. I wanted my prospective customers to have the option to be able to add a name for a number of customize products I am offering. Unfortunately, I had a little trouble getting it setup, but the Hulk team quickly came to my assistance.

We use the (free version of this) app to add a plethora of options to our customizable products, and it does a great job at it. We had some issues with the dropdownlists not initializing properly, but one of the developers was quick with helping us out and fix it. Really enjoying the app, we will likely scale up to the paid version soon!

This did exactly what I needed! We wanted customers to be able to add a name for us to customize on a shirt, and this app was perfect. I tried installing it myself and had a bit of trouble. I messaged customer support before going to bed, and it was fixed before I woke up this morning. Now the product is live and we're good to go! Definitely give this app a try!

Great App! We use this app to bundle products with multiple variables. It makes it very easy with a nice look. The customer service is great too in helping to get set up and/or other issues. Would recommend.

The app is really simple to instal and setup and the support team is fast and helpful. I've tried changing some settings to work on my existing products but with no luck, I granted them access to the store and they've fixed it in a matter of hours. Highly recommend

I'm using pro version. I found an issue with custom option setting and reported it to the support team. It was resolved in an hour or so after my request. I was very impressed with the fast and responsive service. Thanks!

I am a 100% newbie, have never even seen "codes" before, let alone know how to edit them or know what they are used for, but THESE PEOPLE!! Are amazing, they helped me at my every request. They did my coding for me, AND MORE! I am so pleased with the service from HulkApps!!! (Once I figured out what I was doing) The app is fairly easy to navigate and set up, even for a newbie ;) Thank you Hulk Team for making this so smooth for me!

Product customizations are a key part of our business. Unfortunately, since Shopify only allows a maximum of 100 variants (really?!) we had to search for an app to help us out. This app has helped us to offer exactly what we want for our customers and has allowed our customers to be creative with their choices when they order. Now, we have had a few issues. You cannot use the Buy it Now buttons with this app because it won't charge the customer for price upcharges and you also cannot use the cart drawer you must use the cart page. Also, if your customers also use the seller notes then you need to disable the paypal and google checkout options from the cart page otherwise those notes may not get sent through. However, none of these things were mentioned during install or setup so we learned the hard way. I will say that the support team is quick to respond however it did take 3 separate times to fully resolve the issue so that was disappointing. I have recommended to them that they make a list of requirements or settings to enable/disable for this to work properly from the get go.

I added this app to test product options and intended to upgrade for conditional product options. The interface was straightforward, I had it up and running - but only half of it worked. When I contacted support they were unable to fix it, twice. I have a Shopify Theme, nothing fancy would really have liked what they claimed it could do. It did not do what they claimed. - would not recommend.

Support helped me get up and running quickly and the app does exactly what I need. I'm so happy I found this app!

This app started off great, with a helpful team and great options. However I spent 3 weeks adding in my options on my store, only to find out the day before my launch that it doesn’t work with other apps. I now have to start again, and delay my launch even though it has been advertised. I recommend checking with all of your apps before you use this one.
