Great app, does everything you need it to to circumvent the variant limit Shopify provides. I have needed to contact the devs for theme conflicts, and they have not only responded quickly, they even just gave me the necessary code, including instructions/screenshots (and even a video!) showing me where to make the fixes if they weren't able to do it for you. It's rare nowadays to find devs that are willing to make personalized edits to their products for you based on a third party conflict. Some notable features I really like about it is being able to have 2 colour swatches is extremely handy with all the garments and items that have trim colours to them. I also really like the in app custom JS and CSS so you're not having to mess around with template files to do some extra styling if necessary (on top of the in app styling they already provide). Adding and applying the options themselves is very easy and intuitive. Highly recommend this app!

Support (paid) has been very fast and efficient. I can't comment on stability just yet as its only been a few days but so far so good.

I'm getting super tired of this app. I'm paying for a plan and I always have sooooo many problems with this and shopify together. Right now the app is down so are my SELLS. Really gonna remove this app and find a viable alternative.

The idea is great but the actual code is whack and the docs are garbage. As in, they don't exist. The hulk apps website links to the wrong docs and the actual docs don't solve the problem. Super disappointing.

too good . too good . definitively recommend, just to say if u don't understand the navigation, just go to the fAQ page and get the step by step guide. then u will find the beauty of this app, its just great. all hulk apps are great, unbelievable quality and low pricing.

Loved this app until it stopped working for my website. My website runs on personalized items, without this feature my products are useless. Can someone please inform me why the app stopped working? My entire store is on pause. update- app is back. i hope this does not happen again.. Update- app stops working every couple of months, thinking of switching to a new app if this occurs again

This app helps me so much, and I use it for free. game changer for my business. I looked for hours for a solution for my customers to change earrings closures as they want to. I could not offer this option without this app

I am having problems with this HULK APP. The site is confusing and impossible to fix. I am waiting for some help.

And again the system is down, losing more sales, it's been happening routinely for Black Friday, January sales. Last month I was asked to remove my comment as the problem is fixed and they have installed the app on my new Theme instantly. It seems like the problem is not solved anymore, I'm on vacation and I have been contacted by a person trying to finish her purchase to ask me how she can personalise her item (all my products are personalised) I hope you understand this is a big issue when we lose sales because of an app we're paying for?

There are few little things that could be fine tuned on this app, but when I asked for helping me out with it I experianced the fastest reply and services I had in a while!

Fantastic app that I wouldn't be able to run my shop without. When I was concerned about it not migrating into my new theme correctly, I emailed the developers and they made sure it worked smoothly before I went live. Absolutely adore Hulk Apps & Infinite Product Options.

Well I will say I was a bit intimidated with the app at first. When I contacted support they where very dedicated on getting me going in the right direction. I am very OCD on how I wanted the app to work and look. They took care of all my request in a timely manner. I appreciate the help and really enjoy the new functionality of my store. I highly recommend this app to anyone wanting to add more flexibility to their options capabilities.

Great app, works without problems and very easy to set up. The interface is simple and straightforward and it was very easy to get everything working and looking good even in the free version. Might switch to the paid version soon for the extra options.

I have a webshop where I offer custmmade kids clothes and I was happy to find this app that fits my needs very well. For a start the free version is good enough for my shop but it is also very good to know that I can upgrade for a very reasonable price if a need more features. I had some small problems with language and styling but the support was very helpful here and fixed that for me fast. My best recommendations for this app.
