This app has really helped me to customize our product and cart pages. I am new to web design and the support team has been SO helpful and patient! I highly recommend this app!

I switched to this after being wowed by Bold's product options, only to find Bold's Product Options to be glitchy and hard to get it to actually show up on the products. I saw this and gave it a shot. I love it. No serious issues and very easy to get implemented. It took a while to get all my products updated to this app but I save myself the headache of other software plus it is way less per month. Only thing is that I wish there would be a bundle option for all of the HulkApps. But I say... if your thinking about it.. DOWNLOAD THIS APP

Super helpful. I suspend my shopify store for a month, when I go back there are some option sitting issue. When I contact their customer service, they help me within 3 hours. Super fast! 100% solve my issue. Love it!

This app was recommended to me by my website developer. It looked to have everything needed for what I wanted to do with product options. However, their support is awful. Worst support from an app that I have ever experienced. I attempted to contact them on more than one occasion to ask to figure out why my export file comes as a link to a browser instead of an Excel file. They have failed to respond or provide any solution. Now that we were prepared to update all of the products uniformly, which we started a month ago, I will now have to start over and look for another app that will provide me the solutions I am looking for. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this app to anyone.

Just what we needed! After a couple of issues with our theme, they were more than helpful to inspect our issue and fix it quickly! Probably the fastest development/support team we've ever worked with.

I needed an app to add more options with the ability to add additional cost for some of the options. I also wanted to be able to swatch my thread colors that would accordion. I did have to provide an example of a store that had what I was asking for because they initially said they couldn't do it. Once they had the example the coding was completed in a very timely manner. In the end it does exactly what I needed.

This app is a great solution for add-ons for products. It has clear logic and a lot of custom design functionality. The support team was INCREDIBLE. I'm not sure why I'm seeing reviews that say otherwise, because they not only responded quickly, but went into the account and made changes/custom additions for me within 24 hours of each request. No follow up needed, they were in constant contact with me. Use this app if you need add-ons for your products in the form of radio buttons, dropdowns, swatches, checkboxes, and more. Really easy to use and at $7.99 for the Pro plan, you're getting the best functionality with the best support compared to all other apps (seriously!).

App is very useful for adding custom options. We sell spirit wear so giving people the ability to customize and items with names and numbers is great. This app makes it very easy to offer many options and charge for them.

The apps is quite easy to use once you get a hand of it. The support team is extremely efficient on solutions providing. Great app.

Khushbu helped us a lot. Contacted support in regards to the app issue. For some reasons the selections are not working as expected but Khushbu was able to resolve our issues with the product options app. Very happy with his service.

I'm writing this review based solely on the support received with the app, it's installation and it's configuration. We are still in the evaluation period so do not yet know if we will be going ahead - but have great confidence that if we do use the app on our store we will be confident to do so with the extremely high quality of support services available to us from the people at Hulk/apps.
