I've added 100+ options to separate products on our store. One of the options, on our most popular product, does not add the cost to the subtotal, which is a very big deal. Every other option seems to work fine, except the one that matters most to our store. I'll update this review if I can get this resolved, but it's causing a big headache at the moment.

This is our first time doing self web-design. Its a little confusing at first, but Sanjay who was the person that assisted me via skype chat was extremely helpful, he even provided me with video tutorials to go back and edit our product features!! Great service!

I have restaurant and I used this app to help me have options to my products. It is very useful and helped me a lot, the support team is always there for me to customize whatever I need. I strongly recommend it.

For providing production options is works very well. I did run into an issue with special characters in the display name that was causing the options with an added cost to not be included in the orders, but that was resolved very quickly with the assistance of the Support Team.

Works perfectly for what I need it to do, and the customer service team is AWESOME! Very helpful folks over there. Highly recommend!

This app is by far the best I've come across. For small businesses, I simply couldn't afford to pay monthly fees (yet) and the free version lets me create infinite options (true to its name!) and sets for different products. Support is fast and helpful, I was pretty skeptical after reading so many negative reviews, I'm sure the guys are doing their best answering technical questions. They've been helpful and helped me solved mine. Thanks for keeping a portion of the features free for people like me!

Nice customer experience and fast email response. I asked a few question in a week, all of problem are solved in days.

I installed the app last year as I operate closed releases and need a top level quality to split amongst a host of fashion options with different charges to these changes. Like different lengths etc. All has been working well until last release when I kept getting an *undefined* notification at cart & none of the costs would be applied. This cause a problem as loads of customers were undercharged and I had to create a work around for my customers. But once I contacted the app team, they were so responsive + able to help with the issue quickly. Which was fantastic, as I really need this app to work. And although I can’t fix the issues from this release a work around for other products would be impossible. So I am very grateful the team was able to fix ready for my next release + also able to fix the problem with my Discount Code box not being visible on any page. They added the Discount Code box, no problem at all. It was a hassle that the app had a glitch, but these things happen. The fact the team were so responsive, able to help, kind + articulate I am very thankful + will recommend. Plus when the app is functioning at its best, it a bloody life saver!!!! But when I called

There were a few hiccups with the setup, but overall we are happy with the result. The team was very responsive to emails and worked quickly to resolve any issues. I would recommend this app!

Very Easy to install and the support theme was very helpful to resolve the issues with my Shopify Theme!

Have another Hulk App which I am happy with, but this one is truly disappointing. So overcomplicated and looks nothing like on the images showed here. Uninstall.
