I cannot say enough about how fast and helpful their tech services is answering questions when setting up the app. Truly top notch!

Had a problem with their Paypal integration and emailed their support. Quickly got a reply and resolved the problem. Kudes to hulkapps support!

This app works pretty well for me, as all my products are custom. My only downfall is I need it to edit the prices. It doesn't do it all the time. When it works it works well. I hate having to reach out to my customers to tell them the price is wrong. If you can help me that would be great!

Our website used this app to add an optional service charge to a certain product with radio buttons but we wanted the color of the buttons to match our site. I contacted their support team and they helped me right away. Very professional when communicating with me. I had a very good experience with them. I do wish we could customize the color of radio buttons and checkboxes in the app without CSS but the end result was still very good.

Not user friendly, the sample sheet is confusing and our team is confused on how to import data inside the app. Would be great if it was streamlined and automatic, otherwise I would recommend this app for someone who knows how to code.

We use this app for all our Ever My Pet products that have options such as size variations that have additional pricing, lines of engraving, choice of wood and where our customers would like us to send the donation that we make on their beloved pet's name. We have over 800 products and the option sets make our life so much easier. I am so very glad that we now have the Custom Product Options Pro so that customers can use discount codes we provide them. We want to say a big Thank You to the Support Team of Hulk Apps for their help to personalize the options for our website which also included translations to Spanish. We are currently using the Free plan only as we are just developing the website, but they spent hours to help us for free. Excellent job!

This app makes my whole website function correctly. I have a large amount of options and customizations to offer my customers and without this app, Shopify does not support my needs. Support has been fantastic to work with. Needed a few minor tweaks and they were quick to implement them and get the product functioning the way I wanted it to. Great price also for the features. Highly recommend.

This app is incredible as we do personalizing and options for our products and can't do that with shopify how we want it ... found this app very easy to set up and unlimited for free!!!!! Cant beat that with any other app and when I was having an issue at cart .... they fixed the problem right away with great communication :) highly recommend

Anytime that I have a consult, fix something or I need to change the look of the app on my website, they work fast and excellent to have the results that I need and always keep me up to date!

I'm using the free plan of this app to add some simple options to my products and I absolutely love its simplicity and efficiency. It took me just about an hour to watch the videos, play around a bit, publish, and fine-tune the options and settings. I am very happy!

The app provided exactly what I needed to modify the options on my product pages. I had some initial issues due to an incompatibility and the tech support I received was fabulous! The support team immediately rectified my issue and continued to provide step by step instructions on how to utilize the product. I highly recommend!!

They have the BEST customer service EVER! I opened a ticket, and a couple hours later, everything was resolved. They are very responsible, professional and nice people. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Used this to create a product with a number of options. The free version was great for what I needed. The support was very good and their responses were quick, very detailed and easy to follow. 5 stars even though it did have a conflict with other vital apps I have but it wasn't a dealbreaker at all and I could work around it. Definitely worth a try and pretty easy to use and customize. One of the best free apps I've tried.b

If I could give more stars I would. They are the masters of follow-up and customer service. As soon as I asked a question, they were on it. Their app is PERFECT for my occasion based business. Even though I don’t have a lot of products, each product has many options. Very clear and easy to use. If you need to have product options, this is the app you need to get. They are really there for you and genuinely want you to succeed. I highly recommend them.
