Works great and you can't beat the price on the pro plan. They provide the coding to help fix the discount box issue and it worked flawlessly. Great for shops who need to have strict inventory control but still want to provide their customers with customizable products. They make it very difficult for customers to delete the customization charges which is great. I'd definitely recommend handmade to order shops to use this app.

This app functions really well and is pretty easy to use. When I ran into difficulties the support team were AMAZING, I can't fault the service at all. When I'm looking for apps and themes in the future I will certainly be looking for hulkapps to use first. Don't be put off if the instructions look complicated because the team will help you every step of the way!

Exactly what I was looking for! Took me a second to figure it out but it was very easy after that. I enjoy the fact that the free version has a lot of options. For a small business just starting out, it helps to be able to cut costs in some areas.

Trully a great app. Does the job, and the support team is amazing at solving problems, and getting things just as you want them. Even in the free plan, you have everything you need to make product options. Just what I was looking for. I extremly recomend this app!

I used this app to add gift wrapping options to my store, and also a combination of gift wrapping and image uploading for one product line, and also one product with a cheaper gift wrapping option. This app allows me to do all those things, exactly as I needed them to work, and it's free. I did have some problems - the customisation I wanted wasn't working and so support came in and fixed it for me. Then I did also have a problem with some conflict in javascript between the app and my theme which was having an impact on image selection on the product page. Despite these issues, I have still awarded 5 stars because these guys were responsive and helpful. Considering this is a free app, there was no delay in time frame for responses, and they worked until it was fixed.

I used the app for custom messages on my products. Support is really quick and the whole team especially Deepa and Amit who I have been dealing with are super helpful and very patient. I highly recommend them and their apps. Regards Sam

INSTALL AT YOUR OWN RISK! I normally do not write reviews however the fact that an error with this app was able to COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN my site as well as every other site using the app and prevent customers from checking out for many many hours (and STILL occurring) is just INSANE! Also the customer support is non existent when it comes to critical issues. Beyond disappointed.

UPDATE: It is rare to find a talented group of developers working so hard for customer satisfaction. Implementing a critical feature required considerable effort on my part with guidance of Hulkapps. When I was done, they stepped in to make their integration as beautiful as it is functional. I am proud to say that IPO is now a cornerstone of the ClinicalPosters website. Previous May 5, 2020 review: Good user interface. IPO appears to be best suited for stores with either few products or many products with few options. The current version lacks a product image overlay feature that I am currently using extensively in another app. So I must put IPO on the back burner until their brilliant minds figure it out. I continue to use other HulkApps though.

The conditional logic feature is only capable of the most basic conditions (like removing only a single option for an option group) so someone with a more complex set of customization needs will not be able to utilize this properly. Given that the failure of this app or downtime of the service can result in a store losing the ability to make sales for the effected listings, and that support is too slow to remedy issues quickly enough to prevent these losses, I don't recommend using this at all. It really is not worth the risk.

This APP do not work for my website and the customer service is bad. I can not get support after they charge

The app works great when it wants too. What is the most annoying is the lack of customer service and it is impossible to get it corrected in a timely manner.

The app is working really well after a manual installation. They were really nice, supportive, and fast - even though I was on the free plan.
