This app and the team at HulkCode is amazing! Definitely the best product in the store when it comes to how much they offer under their free tier. I was having trouble installing the app due to having a more complicated theme and their team was able to install for me and get it up and running on my site within hours. Great communication, product, and team. Highly recommend!

I needed help installing it and making personalization boxes. I contacted the team and they helped me right away. So far is working great, thank you!! Update: I needed help updating the personalization box on all my products and contacted customer service, they were a great help and loved that they followed up to make sure my issue was fixed. its very good.it takes a little time to find out but it is good and free!!

It's a great app but the problem is that if you have a discount code on specific products or collections the discount code won't work. It only works when you set it up for the "entire collection". They also don't have a fix or plans to fix this. So it's great but this bug makes it useless :( Don't spend time installing this if you are running product specific discount codes. It won't work.

I asked the developers for help as what we wanted was a little more than I was capable of. The team were great, so helpful - even with me asking silly questions. I would 100% recommend!

Soooo good!! The options additions have bought us extra sales and also much better logistics systems. It didn't all work immediately and I had a huge panic! Helpful support then did the installation and explained to me how to work on a copy of the theme offline. Great service.

This is a great app and exceptional customer service - I have two HULK Apps currently and the functionality that these apps offer for my store plus the level of service received is unbelievable for such a small price! New to Shopify and extremely impressed with how quick they were able to resolve my issue. They were able to fix my code mistake within 15 mins of submitting a ticket.

My experience has been nothing short of amazing. The customer service is both very responsive and understanding. I'm using a custom theme which meant I needed to change stuff to make it compatible with Hulk App and they made the appropriate changes within a few days. Highly recommend.

I'm very very new to shopify and I'm a person that not close with computer. I had trouble since the beginning as I wasn't sure where to start. To be honest I wasn't that happy with the support team in the beginning and thought about changing the app, then Deepa Patel from the support team came in and he was very kind and very patient with me. I can not install this app. I've tried 4 times already. After I click 'Add app' it redirects me to my Shopify dashboard and throws this error: 'The page you're looking for couldn't be found". Other apps were installed fine.

This app is great and easy to adjust. I needed customer support to help as I missed a step during installation and they were extremely responsive and fixed my issues ASAP (and explained what I had done wrong so I could do it correctly the next time as they knew I was installing on another store as well when I was done testing. Highly recommend.

This app does what I need it to do. It allows me to add many options and adjust pricing as needed. They even customized the installation to work on my AJAX site!
