This app helped me add options to my product page to help with customization. Very easy process and if you need help they are very quick to be there for you!

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! I give this app ZERO STARS & 2 Thumbs down! Literally made me lose thousands of dollars. it deactivated my "Checkout" button so people couldn't check out! I'm beyond livid. I emailed them back and forth for 6 days trying to get them to fix it. They did NOT fix it. I have received tons of emails from my customers letting me know they can't check out. I tried doing a test checkout with my phone and the checkout button literally does nothing. DO NOT add this app. I am expecting a FULL REFUND as I actually had to pay $200+ for them to install the app. Waste of money and time. This app needs to be shut down. For anyone else who has this app.. please check to make sure this isn't happening to you without your knowledge.

I downloaded this app to help with a store that sells jewelry. The setup was pretty easy & there are multiple options to choose from. I did reach out to support with a few additional questions and EACH time they have helped address my inquiries thoroughly & quickly. The customer support is great & the app serves its purpose. I would definitely recommend this app.

It feels good to be able to create unlimited product variants with a variety of option types (e.g. user input text, date etc.). The only drawback I have experienced so far is when fulfilling orders, I have to fulfill the product itself and the customization cost SEPARATELY, resulting in sending 2 notification emails to customers. Not sure how to get around this.

I had multiple issues to sort out on my website like the multiple select and adding options for an additional price. The service team sorted all my issues out on a copy of my original website perfectly and was ready to publish. I was very impressed with the service as I’m currently using the free plan and didn’t expect them to do this! Highly recommend getting this app especially if you have multiple options like myself. Figuring out how to create options and option sets wasn't terribly intuitive. Fortunately their service team was quick to respond and provided links to exactly what I needed in order to correct the issues I was facing.

THE BEST APP FOR ADDING DIFFERENT PRODUCT OPTIONS. Seriously, I have tried paid bundle apps and free bundle apps. Literally, all of them I have tried, and this one is super easy once you get the hang of things.I love that I can offer different options with this app because Shopify only limits 100 variants. I am using it on bundle packs I am creating. I am able to make drop down menus with all the different scents that we offer.

Very useful functions and great customer service. If you have photo customized products, this app can definitely help you a lot. The photo upload option is perfect for it. Some of the other apps on my site conflicted with this app, but the staff is totally able to fix it, very nice.

I have products that can come in different colours and can be set on two different settings - so instead of having to divide my items colour quantities into half of one setting and half the other, and risk them selling out, I can just have one colour quantity with the option to have a custom setting. Hopefully that makes sense! It was something Shopify couldn't offer with its native settings, anyway. I also recently emailed asking for support on the way the product options were laid out on my product page and the reply was quick (within hours) and completely solved my issue! Awesome service for a free app. Thanks guys!

I got a request for a review so...... I installed it 4-5 days ago. After it installed I tried to create a text field with the app but nothing showed up, was not able to see the field. So I submitted a request for assistance, I put the product page I was trying to add the feature, and also provided an example of what I was trying to do. I got their automated acceptance email, a request for access - which I instantly approved and emailed them to let them know. Then nothing. No one has emailed me or been on the site to look at the issue or assist with the install. This doesn't make me feel that comfortable with them.

Very confusing app, nowhere to contact the manufacturer. Still have not made any progress using infinite products options and cannot get any human on the phone!

Absolutely amazing app that did exactly what we needed it to do. Not only that but the service that this team has given has been out of this world. Without hesitation even on the Free plan they jumped in and assisted us with setting it up and making sure the app was customized to our store. They have our business for sure. 5/5
