Amazing service, and has exactly what i am after, customer service is great too, i had many queries and request so i jumped onto the chat service where i was connected to Manoj, and he happily helped me with my many queries and request, i cannot thank you enough!! Thank you for always providing excellent service, i use a few different HulkApp apps, and they always work amazingly!

We just started using this form builder and it's been great so far! We ran into a small issue with set-up and their help desk got back to us quickly and perfectly addressed the problem!

I spoke with Haris and he was excellent, fast reply and easy to understand instruction. App is easy to use, just doesn't explain how to activate the app in the theme settings.

Create a trade in forum for customers to trade in used equipment towards new equipment. I had an issue due to user error and customer service helped me work it out quickly and clearly.

I've been using Form Builder with File Upload for quite some time and have installed it on a new site. Their support is very responsive and helpful. The app is great.

Useless if you want the possibility, that bigger files could be uploaded. The information about the upload size should be displayed in the shopify app store.

I would give it 5 stars but for the issues i have been having with no response from cs for 3 days! They were extremly helpful at first. UPDATE: CS agent Eldin has been very helpful in making my site everything I need it to be.

Just want to give a shout out to fabulous customer support. The app is behaving well and the support to set up correctly was brilliant. Not sure if this is quite what I am after for my specific needs, but it's doing a solid job as a base form app to talk to shopify and Klaviyo.

Works well and is easy to set up. Allows image upload for your form. Excellent customer support as well. Recommend it for all stores!

This is a good app - no question. But the pricing is crazy. The shopify app is $10pm here and $10pm there, for $7.90pm its just not worth it. I found a comparable app for $1.99pm (formbuilder) and its awesome!

Could not get the form to show up. Reached out to support and got the answer straight away = "Please make sure you have enabled our app from Themes>>Customize>>Theme Settings>>App Embeds" that solved it!

I use this app to take customer parts and credit requests. I enjoy how simple it is to build the forms and download the data. I would like more clear API instructions. Support is very helpful and they respond quickly.

Contact Support I truly mean that. I spent hours building a very detailed form only to stall trying to install it. I spent days attempting to figure it out myself. I contacted support at 1am using the chat feature. Sanjay responded within seconds and solved my headache within a min. We all think we know everything until we don’t. I had trouble with my form in Form Builder and my request was resolved in a timely manner. We are now working on another issue. Hopefully this one is quickly resolved as well!

Such a quick and easy app to use. I tried several other form builders before HulkApps, and this one is by far the most user-friendly with a professional finish on the forms. I missed a step when setting it up, and customer support had this fixed for me within minutes (thank-you Khushbu!) Highly recommend this app for those looking to introduce forms into their Shopify.
