Nice app,it can help me. I use it build my first form! However, when deleting a table, the feature seemed unstable and it took me a long time to communicate with customer service. The customer service response was timely and patient.

The Hulk Form Builder is a well designed Shopify app that makes it a simple process to build and integrate contact forms with just a few clicks, and the free version even includes a captcha to filter out spam/bots. The support team answers very quickly too! Good stuff!

Haris was super helpful! He led me through creating a new "Contact Us" page form and it really saved me alot of time and worry.

This was a great solution for my business. Everything was quick to set up and easy to work with. Customer Support was quick to help me with a small issue I had during set up (I misunderstood the instructions). Customer Support had me fixed in less than ten minutes.

So far so good! Kenan was super helpful with a simple fix (correcting my user error- ha!). Now to put it into action.

Easy going, easy to install, and super speedy customer support...so happy with this result. I mainly just wanted a form that can be easy to edit & accept attached files. This is it.

It's my first time using this app and so far it was really quick and easy to customize my form. I reached out to customer service (agent Khushbu) on the chat for assistance and they were prompt and able to update my website so that the form was working. So far so good.

I have just started to use this APP but so far it seems excellent. Very quick help with a problem I was having using it but it really was easy to sort out.

Good App and customizations for the contact form to use on the Shopify store, and good support all around.

Easy to use system once you activate it , took a little longer than normal for the online chat person to help me out, but 15 minutes isn't the end of the world.
