I am non technical person so i was looking for something that is extremely easy to customize. Form Builder is perfect app, very easy to customize and it provides very good functionality! This app is easy to install and highly intuitive. The support team is extremely professional and very responsive. This product is perfect for creating a custom, premium feel on your shopify store! Highly recommend! Just go for it without any hesitation.

I was a little skeptical when downloading this app because it didn't have many reviews. However, frankly, I hated all of the other free form apps on the Shopify app store because they're all very restricted AND say "powered by ___" or "free website tools" or something else that would make my online store look tacky/cheap. This app is surprisingly VERY sophisticated with its level of customization, ease of use, and tutorials that they offer. My form looks gorgeous. I highly recommend this app to other Shopify users.

Wow! This a great app. Especially considering that it is free. I have tried a few form builders, and this is the easiest to use by far. It produces a beautiful form that you can customize in many, many ways. It has a really intuitive and nice looking admin too. Thanks guys!
