It is my first time when i use this APP and I am impressed. Support is the BEST!!! APP is GREAT!!!

The Hulk form creator is quite simple to use. It generates a really clean appearance and very usable form for nearly any type of form you can think of. I'm using it for a brand ambassador application and it has every feature I needed and more. I needed help with the app integration to my theme, so I opened their live chat and within an hour of telling them what I wanted, they do that for me.   And they helped me to where I struggle. I would like to thank the developers and team have done a wonderful job.

Hulk Form Builder is easy to use and the support is wonderful! I submitted a ticket when I was having trouble with a form integrating with Klaviyo. Eldin and the team jumped in very quickly to help and figured out the issue for me within 24 hours (it was my own error, no fault of the app). I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service. Highly recommend.

I use Hulk Forms for all of my Shopify forms. The support is fantastic and I can create robust forms with this app. They are especially great and stopping spam bots. Thank you!

Non funziona! Una volta inserito il codice, sia che lo inserisci in modalitá shortcode o tramite l'app, non accade nulla! 30 minuti per confezionare la form e poi non funziona nulla... tempo perso. Bha

Die Übersetzung ist wirklich schlecht umgesetzt. Ich hatte das schon mal vor einem Jahr angemerkt aber es ist nichts passiert! Auch die Ladezeiten sind nicht optimal. Für mich aktuell keine optimale Lösung.

tiene muy bonita interfaz y muy intuitivo, pero no funciono con el tema que tenemos instalados en la tienda //// me dieron soporte e incrustaron el formulario en el lugar indicado, un soporte de genial :D
