So far support team have been helpful and fast response. Becca was able to rush out the report i needed. The team like this app!

The customer service is phenomenal, I asked them a lot of questions to change widgets positions, buttons, etc., and they were able to help me out. I still wish the app was more customizable, and that the reviews allowed videos, but honestly you get so many features for a very good price. I love that there are many options for rewards, and the social login!

The customer support service is fantastic! The turnaround time to fix my issues is usually in 1 - 2 days. And Growave is the best loyalty program app I have came across so far.

Have ran into issues with Growave time and time again over the last 2 odd years of using the app, and their live chat team seem to never be able to give me clear cut answers. The same one liner is always used , "let me forward this to our developers and get back to you when we receive a reply." They've recently updated the app and are now sending "system notification" standardised emails to your customers BUT you are unable to access these emails to customise them to suit your brand. The reason given was "if we change these templates for you, we will have to change it for everyone else". So in essence, you are unable to see what they send to your customers which makes no sense. There are a number of other issues with this app that I won't go into detail here, but overall I would not recommend this app for its lack of customer service and lack of customisable functionalities.

By far the best customer loyalty app. The customer support is 10/10 and super helpful. I am glad that I switched to this app. Keep going!

Great app with great and quick support. Asked them to modify something to make it different and it was done within a few minutes during the free trial.

A mysterious "glitch" for 5 weeks have left me unable to use this software and all I continually get is: "We will reach out to you shortly for a resolution." Asked for a refund over SEVEN TIMES now and have never been given a straight answer. Absolutely ridiculous! Reporting to Shopify to get my refund.

I use this app for my wishlist and am so happy. whenever I update or change my theme, growave is always ready to update me. I never have to ask first; they always know when and where the right places to put their extensions are.

The app covers several needs of my store. The functionality is good and the support team is even better. Any question or concern was handled promptly. Five stars
