Once in a while you recieve the customer sevice and help that all companies should strive for. Aidana and the team from Growave are exactly that. My theme required some tinckering with the positioning and look and feel of the icons on both of my shopify sites. They have been there 100% and completed all requests quickly and to my 100% satisfaction.

It is a great app and the chat assist is fast too. The only thing I would add into the app is an auto discount for my customers when they purchase based on their tier. It is more rewarding and it's easier to retain them. Unless it is already in the app which i don't know how to set it

Great app and excellent customer service. The shop owner wanted a loyalty app with free product rewards, and this app had it and so many more great features. It's been a month and everything has been working great in the backend and for customers. Widgets are good, but the integrated pages fit our theme perfectly. I don't think it was mentioned in the features, but the free product automatically adds to the cart when the customer redeems points, this is fantastic, because some other apps don't do this. A big thanks to the growave support team for all their help during set up.

Growave is startup-friendly in terms of features, pricing, and support. After installing Growave I knew that I was missing a lot. They provide so much for a reasonable price and the support is top-notch, just make sure to communicate with them and they'll get on it immediately which for me is the best feature.

It's a great combination of features and price. Plus the support is solid. I've been with growave for a couple of years. But I'm not satisfied with the progress this app has (not) made in visual design. Nothing has changed. The overall visual design of the app is mediocre at best which doesn't help convert visitors very well. It feels very early 2000s. Growave needs to focus on design. We need more modern looking widgets and alternatives to the slider design for reviews. Why does it have to look so bad? Please look at Loox or other competitors which have card based design and grids. NOTE: I'm NOT talking about the Admin area. I'm talking about how the app looks on websites. Particularly the reviews.

The functionality of the app is great, and the customer support is top-notch! They are always quick to respond and help with issues. From an aesthetic standpoint, there are some things I would improve, but you really can't beat Growave when it comes to the value you get for the features.

Customer service has been fantastic! My customers enjoy getting points and using the discounts and whenever I have had a questions, doubt, or concern, their team has always been so easy to work with and very helpful!

This app is a must have if you are looking to offer loyalty rewards for your store. Affordable pricing with excellent features all in one app. Edited: I updated my review to 5-star. Turns out customer support tried to get back to my query but I couldn't receive the emails. My bad :)

Amazing product! Backed also by an amazing team, super helpful and with quick replies and fast implementations. There are a lot of components to the app and you'll need to spend some time to make sure that you set it up correctly, but well worth the time and effort

I have been using Growave now for over year and just absolutely love. Customer service is top notch. The team was able to resolve a problem I was having with the review slider in my theme and they resolved it so quickly. You can even get on a zoom call which honestly is the best part when needing tech help. Thank you Nurila and Aidana!

It can be challenging to locate a product that not only provides an array of features but also maintains a high-quality, efficient and friendly technical support team. That said, I am delighted to report that this app surpasses expectations in both categories.

This app is great! It does the job of 4 other apps we were using and paying for individually. It is saving us a huge amount over the course of the year. And the support is outstanding! Do not leave negative review - for your peace of mind. No notification when you exceed your orders limit. You are out of answers when customer asks you how to apply reward, because you have no clue and have dig it out. Points aren't calculated correctly in British Pounds. You'll have to adjust every order (when customer spotted) manually. If you want pease of mind, please do not leave negative review. I have my all windows closed from incoming calls and emails from this corner shop.

Update: they eventually come back to me with the refund. Update: they tried to show that they care and get back to me quickly at the beginning and promise a refund and simply disappear after we try to confirm the refund details. We uninstall the app multiple time and somehow it keeps installing itself and we are still being charged!!! The reason that we decide to use a different app is that their app breaks our customer experience always every time when there is an update since we did customization to it to align our website style. Review last time: We have uninstalled and stopped using it for a long time and just noticed that they are still billing us each month. Reached out for a refund and will update the results here.

英語ができない日本人ですが問題なく使えます 管理画面のUIもシンプルで言語も日本語が選択できるので、基本的な設定はスムーズにできました。ヘルプページも機能ごとによくまとまっているので参考になります。 とは言え、ところどころ設定でつまづいた部分やストアの表示についてカスタマイズ要望があったので、メールでサポートに問い合わせました。サポートは日本語対応していませんが、翻訳ツールを使って快適にコミュニケーションが取れます（私は英語は全く使えません）。返信も半日以内で来ますし権限を付与して直接ストアのコード編集までしてくれます。 良心的な価格でここまで親切にサポートしてくれることにとても驚いてます。 ストアをオープンしたばかりなので現在はお気に入り機能とレビュー機能のみの利用ですが、ストアの成長に合わせて他の機能もぜひ活用したいです。

I have been using Growave's loyalty app for some months already. I gave 5 stars before because the technical support team (Tina and Alex) was amazing but suddenly the support team was changed and now it takes hours to get an answer from the support team. Sorry Growave but we customers evaluate an app not only for its technical features but also for the support we get from the team behind the app when it comes to questions or issues. Update (2023-01-19): I was contacted by the lead of technical support, she apologized and is trying to improve customer service. So far technical support seems to have gotten better but I have not requested too much support lately so I'll keep updating my score based on my experience. Update (2023-05-04): Customer service is getting better, I usually don't get immediate answers but my questions are answered and my requests are fulfilled within a few hours. Fixing complex bugs that I have reported takes some time but they are eventually fixed. It's fair to recognize Growave's efforts so I'm giving 5 stars now. Keep up the good work Growave!
