useless. No help from anyone. It keeps saying my products are not approved and to add an mpn but I have.

I've been stuck for 2 weeks on "Checking your site claim" after linking Google Merchant Centre account with this app. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, same thing just gets stuck on checking site claim. Also the content API doesn't seem to work as a primary feed, I am having to use a separate Google Sheets to even get the products to show up in the GMC dash.

seems like a common problem people are having. does not link without flagging misrepresentation. I am trying to link my store to my youtube channel and it's not working.

I have problems ALL the time with this channel! There is always something wrong with my site ...misrepresentation... bla bla bla,,,, I had these same problems with my other store! This is one of the most frustrating things to deal with as a website owner! So much stress, so little accomplished!

Integration does not work. I've had a Google Ads account for years now that's connected to our Google Merchant Center (also connection issues with this), but it doesn't seem to want to pull that information into Shopify. The only option I have is to create a new Google Ads account... why? I go into Google Account and everything on my end is linked, verified, and claimed. What is this app even for? Nothing works.

Seamless workflow my butt. Your integration is horrible. Can’t even fetch images with saying the product failed. 6 hours of my life gone because I thought it was me, but it was always you. Not worth the hassle.

The app is constantly telling me that my products are fraud and not valid. I have tried for the last few weeks to get this straightened around but nothing works. This app needs worked on a lot. How can my products not be valid when i have "IN STOCK" "ON HAND" inventory. when i spoke with someone at google they kept telling me to do something i didnt know how to. i dont think it should be this complicated to get my products added to google for ads. im not a multimillion dollar company that has the money to pay a ton of people with master degrees to get my SMALL business up and running. why does this company have to be so difficult to work with? i just want spend money with them to advertise my REAL ON HAND IN STOCK ON LOCATION products with.

Unable to get any support on this Shopify App. GTIN's are not properly syncing to the merchant center which has caused Google to suspend my account.

Can't group products with different sizes into single listings. So it's useless really. Definitely dont need dozens of listings, 1 listing for each size!!!

The app is full of bugs and there is no customer service help what so ever. The app got stuck on the verification stage, absolutely useless.

I struggled with setting up this app at first I fixed some of the issues I was having thus far. I do have a question though, is there a way I can get my products to show without the GTIN or MPN number?

After connecting my YouTube brand channel all products are imported to YouTube. But you are unable to connect to my main Google Ads account. You can only use your Google Ads account if you have a personal YouTube account. Almost no professional YouTuber uses a personal YouTube account. A YouTube brand account does not have its own email address and thats why you can not access to Google ads.

Perhaps because it was installed on Shopify, the HTML tag cannot be authenticated on the Google Search Console. It does not register on the site map. Tell me the solution

Made a campaign through this app and got a suspension from google for "circumventing systems". It is impossible for me to get through to google and ask them what is wrong. Shopify support does not want to help either, as they say google are to blame, eventhough the only thing I have done is to name the campaign and set a daily budget in the app. Something must be wrong with this APP. Please someone reach out if you know how to get this solved.

Trying to connect your shop to youtube via this app is about as painful as a horse repeatedly kicking you in the face.

I've been trying to spend the thousands/month on advertising but Google won't let me set it up through Shopify or the Merchant Center. It's a black hole of ineffectiveness. Always the same meaningless problems that keep me from advertising anything. Is there any support for this product?

I've had thousands of my Shopify products in my Google Merchant center successfully for more year or two with no problems. My website is Claimed (green checkmark) and email verified (green checkmark). All the sudden my products are removed, and Shopify says my Merchant Center has been suspended, even though when I log into my Google Merchant Center admin it says I'm a "trusted store" and that there are no issues listed (other than lack of products now). I've also not received any emails notifying me of any problems or any indications as to why my products are suddenly removed. So I disconnected Google from within Shopify and re-connected it and now Shopify says my website is claimed by someone else even though it's successfully claimed by me in the Google Admin (green checkmark). I've contacted Shopify and Google, and have heard from no one with any solution to this. Can someone please help? I just want to get my products back in Google Merchant Center. Thanks! Our shipping rates are automatically generated by the shipping company, and loaded into Shopify without our interaction - yet Google suspended our account because our shipping rates for Google don't match the shipping rates for Shopify... We've asked a total of 8 times for help, and have all but given up. They have sent us the same canned response every time. If you want a headache, you're in the right place!

I opened my account and it has been suspended saying policy violation , my website has sale on. I have fed it via shopify . continuesly my all products are disapproved , trying to contact to team , there is no one coming back with the solution answer.

My account has been rejected since I opened the store. It tells me that I haven't added contact details and they are in the footer menu. I'm fed up. I don't know what else to do

Great attempt, but something's broken. Our store says: "78 products didn’t publish to Google. View these products to see why." So I go to products and they say: "GTIN is required for this product". But our products DO have GTINs (UPCs) - they are LPs and CDs. All correctly entered in the barcode/GTIN box in our product page. A basic field that Google doesn't pick up from Shopify! Looking forward to it getting fixed....?
