Very sad to see this app not be everything we wished for. The app caused our Google Merchant account and Google Ads account both to be suspended and we just can't get it back cause a lot of issues and we are loosing lots of business due to this. Very disappointing and main issues are due to the information not being transferred over to Google from Shopify in the right manner which causes google to think you are fraud due to missing information... Talked to lots of experts and they all say its because of the Google App on Shopify its very disappointing. Would not recommend it.

Bad app with constant issues with products. One day the products will all be kicked off the app for no reason. Hasn't generated any traffic for the site. You are better off just sticking with the SEO-generating search.

Update* 11 months later I tried again. Google couldn't fix tagging issues, couldn't fix feed issues. Couldn't get verified properly. It got to the point i was being advised to "just leave it" and continue setting up paid ads. Considering these things affect cpc and many other factors it not smart for the people who built it to tell you to just leave it with errors and obviously not function correctly. Wasted so many phone calls. They couldn't keep appointments straight. They couldn't keep straight what website they were calling about and I guess they have to rebook for a new day if its not exactly the topic and website they are calling about. Oh and they won't rebook for you over the phone on the call. You have to then play email tag back and fourth for many more days before they set a time. But don't expect to get anything done when they call again! They spend the first 5 min trying to get off the phone and convince you to rebook because they thought it was for another domain or something else they are not able to figure out. I wasted so many phone calls and never got anything even started to be set up. 11 months later and still very bad and nothing set up. older issue below... Won't connect.. I get an error about billing when everything is perfect. I contact shopify they say its an issue with google. (even though its a shopify app) So I contact google, to my surprise they say it's an app that they didn't make so they can't make changes to it. They confirmed everything is set up correct on their end. So I then contact Shopify again, which isn't easy. They say it's google fault but they have no idea why or any idea what to do. Sigh! I Give up, I can tell there is no actual troubleshooting. It's just a computer illiterate person working at home trying to figure out if this goes to tier 2 or not. Shopify you're useless again!!! Oh and to make matters worse all my products are not approved for no reason just like everyone else. Wasted 2 hours and no fix.. time to uninstall

I was wondering if there is any documentation about this app, my changes doesn't seem to sync, also I was wondering if there is a way to push all the products again, I was not able to find any option. Once a change is made I also was not able to find any status like "processing" or any indication that my changes are being taken in consideration, any help will be appreciated.

Okay right outta the gate there's a problem. I just signed up and I had to verify myself 3 times yet the app keeps telling me I'm not verified. And now I can't even find it in my list of installed apps Gnome Goods

Funciona perfeitamente, entrega o combinado. visibilidade ótima do canal de vendas, ótima ferramenta de trabalho, agrega muito.

This app was working perfectly fine for us up until around 30th DEC 2022 but maybe it quit prior to that? Since then, we've had no product updates and as a result, our pricing on Google is incorrect. We've tried uninstalling the app, and connecting our Google account again but still, no products are being synced. Also it's saying many products will expire....need help please!

Tengo problemas permanentes para sincronizarlo con la tienda. He ido incorporando categorías de los listados de productos google, he ido haciendo mejoras, pero siempre terminan dando un error a los productos.

My products are stuck pending approval for weeks. It says 3-5 business days but it's been almost a month and no updates.

There is no option to bulk edit missing fields and the app is very slow. Would take me years to edit the missing fields 1 by 1. Pointless app.

No products have been syncing since early January. Stuck at a loss now adding new products. I submitted a support ticket but no response.

No content API updates since Dec 29th and now all of our products risk expiring in Merchant Center. I will strongly consider switching to a competitor platform after over 5 years of business with you if this is not fixed imminently. This incompetence may result in us not being able to advertise our products which is mandatory to generate sales. Please get this fixed ASAP.

O app funcionava bem, mas a partir de 4 de janeiro de 2023 parou de funcionar. Todos meus produtos saíram do Merchant Center, e na shopify, quando tento configurar o app Google, o mesmo dá erro. Mesmo quando funcionava o app ainda tinha umas limitações, obrigava o usuário à fazer muito retrabalho preenchendo informações que já são preenchidas no cadastro do produto, e que precisam ser informadas novamente no app Google. De qualquer forma, se voltar a funcionar tá perfeito por enquanto.

Die App ist seit dem 2 Januar Schrott keine API Syncro mehr, shopify weiss selber nicht was los ist. Leider bis jetzt keine Hilfe bekommen.

Impossible to synch our custom labels and other google fields since the end of december. The guys at Shopify dev team should understand ASAP that fixing this issue with this app is a MANDATORY PRIORITY ! How could you guys ignore the STRATEGIC IMPORTANCE of Google Shopping for your customers being e-shop owners ? It's been 3 weeks people are complaining here and all we read is "we'll get back to you sometime soon or later". SERIOUSLY ? Your greedy top management must have fired far too many dev people ! If not solved before the end of next week, we'll switch all our shops to another platform were we might finally benefit from GA4 before the very very last day of UA support !

Shopify has not sent an API sync to Google since December 29th. Prior to that only a few, random sync's where sent. All of our products on Google Merchant Center expired. Shopify customer support was made aware of the issue and so far no help.

One country, one currency. This app is for small local stores, although the description does not explain this.

É preciso dezenas de configurações para uma simples ativação, o que, pode levar a dezenas de erros já que o sistema reprova TODOS os produtos, não reconhece o site apesar de estar "verificado e reivindicado", não informa quais os problemas da recusa dos produtos, você se mata corrigindo uma centena deles e....nada muda.... É para o site pequeno não aparecer mesmo não é?

The items are not syncing anymore. Something stopped working in January 2023, and as a result we are losing our listings on Google Merchant Center. Also, we noticed that the App does not sync the discount pricing with GMC.

Unfortunately this app doesn't map the 'google product category' from shopify to the merchant center. It also features a 3 way tick box for 'product identifier'. Other than that it works ok.

has been working fine till december.31.2022 and then boom just stooped syncing and updating... been with support for the past 2 weeks and nothing, they can't give a straight answer just keep telling me to do the same thing over and over ,, seems like they dont understand what we are talking about. unlinked everything and relinked again and still nothing.. this is very disappointing.... the last thing they told me is just to wait and its just an UI issue , but no its a sync issue

Syncing issue with GMC and Shopify: UPDATE 16.01.2023 : Shopify support has now stopped replying to emails and messages. Shopify is refusing to give any information on what is causing the sync issue and when or even if Shopify will be bothered to fix the problem. This has been the most disappointing customer service experience. Several months ago we moved from a paid app to the free Google Sales Channel app. There were a few issues when setting it up but they were resolved. It has worked reasonably well for the past 6 months. 3 days ago GMC stopped syncing our products from Shopify. I have spent 3 days, dozens of emails and online chats to Shopify and Google to try to get this fixed. At first, they both denied there was an issue but said they would look into it. Finally today I received an email from Shopify acknowledging, not only that there is an issue but they have been aware of it for some time. That was the last I heard from Shopify. I am still waiting for a response on how to fix this. If Shopify continues to be unable or unwilling to fix this problem we will most likely be leaving the Shopify platform and taking our business elsewhere.

Sempre tem alguma coisa errada nos anuncios, você corrige tudo oque eles estão pedindo, e apos corrigir aparece outro erro, estou testando a listagem gratuita para ver se faço uma campanha paga ou não, mas parece que o google faz de tudo para a sua listagem "gratuita não ser aprovada", eu corrigi todo os erros que eles pediram, muitos dos meus produtos foram classificados como "adultos", e que por isso não foram aprovados para o shopping, na minha loja vendo artigos para casa, oande que isso e produto "adulto" ?...o google fala que a minha listagem gratuita foi aprovada, porem o search console fala que o site não foi aprovado, eu não sei em quem eu acredito.
