We've been using this app for a few months now and I have nothing but good things to say. The overall user experience is fantastic. The app is very intuitive and easy to use. And Gempage's customer support is amazing! They are very responsive, quick, and always happy to help. We wanted to add a feature that wasn't offered in the app and they immediately provided us with the html code. I highly recommend!

I absolutely LOVE Gempages! In my opinion it beats other apps, including Shogun, quite soundly! The functionality is great. It's very intuitive and flexible. The support is wonderful. Cindy, especially, has been quick to respond and solve my issues quickly (not that there were many issues with Gempages at all!) I highly recommend Gempages.

GemPages offers really excellent services. I'm a worker of my boss who's a Shopify merchant. I persuaded my boss adopt this tool months ago. I get real help from GemPage staff. When I have issues editing website pages, either light ones like changing text color separately or severe issues like retrieving a lost page, I talk to the service personnel and they replied me in a very helpful way. Special thanks goes to Tina who has helped me a lot. And Many thanks to other service staff such as April. And lots of thanks to the technician staff who solve problems in a skilful manner.

This app is a scam! I added the app to my shopify store and tried it out. I went with another app for the same purpose and uninstalled this app. I got an email 10 days later saying my trial is about to expire and to upgrade or my account will be suspended. I did nothing since I didn't want to use the app anymore. I am still being billed $29 monthly for this app through shopify. I contacted them and its been over a week and no response. I now just reinstalled the app so I can access the original account i made and figure out how to cancel my account so I'm not billed again. Even on my shopify bill it says the app is uninstalled but I'm still being charged. I think this is very sneaky and misleading. You should offer a good product people wasnt to use not trick people into paying for something they don't want and are not using.

The app is super beginner-friendly and you can adjust everything in order to make your pages exactly how you want them to look. You are not limited like whatever other themes. The customer service is on point.

Gem Pages has helped me edit and update the things on my site that I wasn't able to change through the original shopify theme, as well as create and build complete pages from scratch to fit into my site. The Gem Pages support and tech teams (especially Tina) have both been amazing, and extremely helpful. The respond to all of my queries quickly, and work with me (sometimes at great length) to resolve any issues, including adding custom coding - and all as part of their free customer service! 5 Stars well deserved!!!

It's a great app. It's quite easy to use it even you haven't too much IT experience, you can easy to build a beauty online store website. Also, really nice support and professional help, solve my problem quickly.

The idea is great, but there are so many glitches and bugs that it makes it impossible to create a simple page without losing your patience.

I really can't use shopify without it, it is easy, fast and just good and the quality for the customer service members are off the roof unlike other apps these members will take their time fully to help you grow even if you were in the trial plan, so friendly with customers and very supportive, making you feel they are not there to just take your money and forget about you, no they will follow you through out your growing journey and help you in every way possible, really they are that good

I used the app to build a landing page, the UX is quite intuitive. The only small thing that was confusing is how to pair a text form with a submit button to capture emails and then to create some pop up after the click. I'd probably figure it out with a little more research, but it was non-essential at that stage, so I skipped that part. Overall, the customer service reps are heartwarming people, helped to resolve any troubles quite fast.

Not only is this software the easiest to work with, super flexible and highly performant, the support is also incredible. Super friendly, always there to help and assist. Would recommend to anyone who wants more control over the look and feel of the website!

This is now my second store. From first day i installed the Gem pages which help me made my website so easily and their team can do anything for you. No need to go for shopify developers just install the gem pages and you are good to go.. GemPages is a brilliant app and after using it my shop looks so much better and also I have installed their EcomSolid app

This app made transitioning to Shopify from Magento, much easier than I would have predicted. I may not have switched over if it weren't for how easy it was to make new pages. Customer service is amazing!

It's amazing how you can create 100% unique pages and place each module wherever you want. The support is really nice and available, I sincerely recommend the app.
