Amazing app, amazing customer service. I tried multiple page builder apps before, but there is nothing like this one.

I barely give reviews but I thought this app warrants one. I have built about 20 websites in the last 10 years, ranging from no code, simple sites using Wix, Weebly, to more complicated ones on Shopify. For the current website I am building, I needed a page designer functionality and I exhaustively studied and tried page builder apps on Shopify, testing each app's functionality and "intuitiveness". Overall, GemPages is the one that rose to the top because of the freedom it allows the "semi-amateur" designer to achieve a professional looking page. The interface is good, easy to understand, and it allowed me to achieve the exact prototype we were trying to match, initially built offsite during the brainstorming page.

I tried a few other page building apps and was very happy when I found GemPages. It's very easy to use, intuitive, and well thought-out with great features. The best part about GemPages is the amazing support team. All my questions/issues were all addressed and resolved quickly. The response time was impressive and the support team is very knowledgeable (and a pleasure to work with). Tina and her colleagues were so helpful and fixed all the issues I was experiencing. Highly recommend. I don't know how I would have built my website without GemPages!

Hi, we are still waiting for APRIL to resolve the collection display issue which is a obvious bug... We have 2 other stores using GEMPAGES and there is no problem.. (no big issue i.e.) but we encounter the collection page displaying the wrong product items.. please settle it ASAP for us and as mentioned to APRIL (your support staff), we need to go live tomorrow... Please assist... It may also have been our problem but we need to assistance ASAP...

Follow-up review from original post when I started using the app. This is now installed on 3 of our stores. Key points: The ability to transfer pages between these has proved extremely useful, rather than having to manually copy. We design once, then copy and translate which is much better for consistency. Although there is a learning curve, we've found we can train members of staff not involved in the store on maintaining pages, which has increased the content on our webstore and speed of development. The drag-and-drop aspects are easy to follow, plus the online training videos have been useful for explaining its concepts. Using liquid code, we have several other apps working within our Gempages successfully to offer deals, 3D models and other features that we require. Support is very helpful and they have resolved any issues we find quickly - even to the point of restoring a page that was accidently deleted.

This is a great drag and drop page builder, works seamlessly, and easy to learn interface. The customer service is Amazing!! Especially Cindy from the customer support has helped me with many things. This app is a must-have to increase the conversion rate.

It started off great! NOW A NIGHTMARE stay away. The platform is full of bugs and doesn't update correctly and has caused me to shut down my website NEVER HAD A ISSUE WITH ANYONE LIKE THIS!

The facts are that this is a big time saver, easy to use when creating and editing a website. Support has been responsive and has been able to meet my expectations. I highly recommend.

Fantastic App does exactly what it says it does. We normally work with WordPress but in this instance had to use Shopify. It allowed us to easily create great-looking pages within the Shopify framework. Would recommend 100%

I used this app to build custom pages for our online store. It is easy to use and a great way if you want to be independent from developers, since you can make your own adjustments whenever you want. Some things won't work the first time, however the customer service does a great job to help out with almost every problem. There are some tiny points of improvement, which I hope that they will be added to the app in the future, like hover options. Overall, a good experience and I would recommend the app to other shop owners.

This app is great. Allows you to move any text buttons and actions everywhere to allow you to create your perfect custom site. Their customer service is great, my designer assistant is TINA and she helped me fix any small details with the code to ensure that my site looks perfect and runs smooth.

GemPages is fantastic - it has the most intuitive user interface compared to other page builders and plenty of functionality and flexibility. The customer service is exceptional and I would recommend this to anyone looking to build their store efficiently and effectively :) Thank you!

I've tried a few page builder app for my Shopify store. Gempage is by far the best one to use. You can set different paddings, margins of the elements very easily. They have excellent customer support. One of their team members, Cindy, was really patient and helpful with my issues. She helped me with some customizations and fixed those very efficiently. I highly recommend this app to anyone who doesn't know coding themselves. It will help save you thousands of dollars instead of hiring some web designers.

The app is fantastic to create amazing landing pages. The UI is really simple, with watching a few tutorials, anyone could get their hands on this. Moreover, the support is amazing

I love this app! I wanted to utilize Shopify's platform for payments, shipping and ease of operating my e-commerce business. However when I started to design my website as a creative entrepreneur, I wanted to ensure my site represented my brand. I just couldn't do that with the templates offered by Shopify. However once I found out about GemPages it was the perfect set up for me. It provided so much flexibility and my site is very customized and clearly represents my brand. Also, their customer service is top notch! There is a time change when dealing with their customer reps, so sometimes you are waiting for a response, but when I get a resolution its always exactly what I needed.

The best page-building software in the Shopify app store. I've used plenty of builders for Wordpress development and this software was something I could dive straight into and build a great landing page.

I'm really digging this app, as it allows us to create a unique and tailored landing and collection pages. Cindy from customer support is excellent and questions are answered very quickly.

My experience with Gem Pages is above good! amazing customer support: always going above my expectations whenever i approach the team for assistance they do there best to come back to me with a suitable solution... they are knowledgeable and very professional! the app it self is fantastic i can make change son my store with simple clicks :)

GemPages makes it crazy simple to design unique and eye catching site pages. I ran into a small coding snag and their staff was friendly, professional, and quick to address and solve my problem. I couldn't recommend them enough!
