This app is really good. I recommend it and heir customer service is awesome. His name was Chris, and he helped design my website really nice.

GemPages itself usually works fine, but customer support times are very bad! On friday, you will get the message that they return on monday. So if you have a huge bug or problem, you have to find a workaround or live with the bug for 4 days (which is a lifetime in ecommerce)! Moreover, BEWARE OF THEIR ECOMSOLID THEME!! The theme is FULL of bugs. For instance, it did not work to show the sales price correctly in one of their templates. Then they fixed it (took 2 days), but the fix was still wrong (now it also showed the sale price badge, even if it was not on sale...). Another example: on the product page, i installed the addon to show the stamped-reviews. However, suddenly the reviews also show on the homepage. I double-checked, the addon is not installed on the homepage. And since it's friday today, I will have to wait 4 days (!) to get an answer and have them start fixing their own bug. These are only examples, I had to open multiple tickets only due to bugs in the last 1-2 weeks.

I'd spent many frustrating hours trying to make my pages look right on multiple devices, and this is the first time ever that I was able to do this using this app without any coding. It requires a little bit of learning in the beginning, but it is much more intuitive than many theme designers. If you get stuck, No sweat, Cindy and other top notch support team are close at hand to guide your way. I used to have to wait several days just to get a simple question answered. Thank you Cindy !

Very good!!, easy to use and customer service respond very fast. However to get the fifth star, I would prefer a screen shot which show step by step how can I resolve my problems. But it is still very good

This app is great for page design and will help your store look amazing! It has tons of features that are easy to use but it will still take some time to learn all the features like anything! Great customer service too!

I've been using the app for a while. What could I say... To be 100% transparent I'm giving it a try for the second time. For the first time, I was not able to comprehend the full potential of the app because I was a bit unfamiliar with the interface. But after investing tons of hours into the research of other options, I came to a conclusion, that GemPage definitely worth learning. If there is anything to learn per see... It appeared to be much simpler than I thought. OMG, the flexibility the app provides - it trumps any paid theme out there. But that is not as cool as their support team. It turned out there was a minor conflict with my crazy expensive paid theme (which I do not need it now, hahaha). Their support has connected into my store and fixed it within a few minutes. That was a WOW factor. Guys, you have 10 days for free to try. Just give it a try!

I am trying to make a landing page by GemPages but I am not familiar with making it so keep asking questions to the support team and Tina is very helpful and responsive to help me solved all the issues. Very good support!

Having a really hard time with page load speeds. I have done everything possible with reducing image files sizes and having both mobile and desktop versions. Removed all JS and other apps. But this I cannot get any of these gem pages to speed up. It takes longer to load than my native theme. This is so embarrassing, I feel sorry for my customers and not getting any help from support. Looks like I will be removing this app.

Not impressed with this app at all. I was trying to speed up pages not slow them down. Need some serious work on this app.

I used the app to create my website and it works very very. I really loved the flexibility provided to create high converting landing pages. The support is really amazing incase you need. I would definitely recommend it if you are new user. Thanks

I have been using GemPages for about a year now and I am beyond frustrated. Our Gempage load time is Over 20 seconds per page. All images optimized. The more pages we made the slower our site became and it wasn't until it was too late that we found the issue. I wish I could post the screenshot of our page load waterfall. Take 8 seconds for gem pages to load, Before... any other script will load. Support was no help at all. In fact they tried to say it wasn't gem pages fault when they could clearly see the 8 seconds of GemPages as #1 load. Still they try to blame JS and 3rd party apps. This is not the case and it is clear to anyone. Use this app if you only need to create one or two pages. Not if you are creating more. Let me explain how bad this is. When I try to search for a file in the theme directory, the page crashes. Gem pages create a system that every page you create will be a new page template file within your theme directory. We we have hundreds of pages and it is has completely crippled our website. But, gempages does not care.

Amazing app, it helped me build landing pages that are highly convertible and I had all issues resolved within a matter of minutes after reaching out to their highly punctual and professional staff. Cindy was great to deal with and couldn't have done any better with her support and communication.

Well so far in the 2 weeks that I have been using Gempages, everything has run very smoothly and the assistance that I have required from the team while building my website has been wonderful. All questions have been answered quickly and efficiently. Building my website has been super easy and I have managed to transfer all pages from my parent site with ease. I have managed to build my entire shop within 2 weeks thanks to your library sharing system. Great service, couldn't really ask for anything more

If u need a drag and drop page builder, then give a try to GemPages App. Very easy to use, and it helps to achieve every creative idea. If you get stuck somewhere, you can count on the help of fast and helpful customer service at any time. I definitely recommend this app.

Gempages have very good customer support! It allows you to customize your landing page on the way you want.

We use this app for all our stores. We tried many other apps, but this is the best. We can use blocks, can save our own blocks, drag and drop everything. Just nice!

One of the best support/assistance I've ever had, April has helped me a lot and she was so patient even when I ask stupid questions, I like this app and definitely I'll start using it in my future stores.

I love this app. It allows me to build high converting and beautiful landing pages which would otherwise be super difficult through shopify most likely requiring a lot of coding needed. This allows me to easily build nice looking landing page. It is much better than clickfunnels and cheaper. Also, staff was amazing. I was helped by someone at 2:00 AM PST which is incredible and we were able to solve the issue. I highly recommend this app. Cindy was extremely helpful. Great staff.
