Despite none of them being able to support the function, Celine from GemPages was the only one that assisted me and found an alternative way to achieve my desired outcome. Thank you Celine. I have not started the app yet, I was very impressed with what I saw and how I could transform my pages with relative ease, but I had some initial question so I went to the chat feature. Initially it came back with the message that I would get a reply in a few hours...HOURS? I began to read some information on the page and Pauline came within MINUTES...Phew! Pauline answered my questions, gave me some links I could follow and assured me that they would always be available for assistance as well to walk us through an issue.
