Hello, a few days, tehe app don`t traduce de Word "camisetas" in any languajes. Only in english. Apear a "T". Can you see it ? i want pay de full versión, but without this error. Thanks A lot.

I cannot praise this app enough! Firstly as a FREE translation dropdown it's brilliantly functional and just WORKS! Secondly I had a big issue with the dropdown not working when I switched themes, and added other apps. HAVE NO FEAR the AMAZING SUZAN took time to completely sort for me, ensuring ALL views were correct exactly to my requirements!!! Thank you SUZAN, and thank you GTranslate! BRILLIANT! I used the apps for few weeks. The app has a bug with the checkout page. I wanted to get the checkout page to match the language of the site, with no success. For example, I wanted a French checkout page for a French website, and an English checkout page for the English website, but GTranslate failed to do that. I reached the support multiple times, and also spoke with the deputy CEO as well, but they failed to resolve the issue. Waiting time from the support is very high (can take weeks), and they will do everything they can in order to avoid give you support. In general, the app is failed to provide basic translation services, and the support team is totally nonfunctional. Won't use their service again. UPDATE: 1) I was using the paid version (not the free version, as mentioned in the CEO response) 2) I spoke with Rafael, the deputy CEO, and not Edvard, the CEO (sorry for the confusion).

App had some teething issue to get working on our site as our theme meant the language selection overlapped our logo but their app technician Ella made some adjustments to our CSS file. The help she gave was over and above the call, was impressed with speed and effectiveness of her work. Ella remotely accessed our coding (after requesting our permissison first via Shopify approved 3rd party access portal). Highly recommend getting the app and if you have any issues just ask them to help!

The app is great, however, I have struggling with some things and the support of the app was just amazing. Borya, was extremely professional and very patient. He did exceptional job. Borya from GTranslate was the best support experience I have ever had! If you need some help with the app, just ask for Borya to help you and you will not regret it, I assure you. Ripa was so helpful and fixed the issue we had on installation. She activated the SSL to support each of the new language sites. So far, it looks great and works fine.

Their service is good, simply just ask a question about placement or anything related to the App's 'Bar' and they will quickly assist you. It is Highly Recommended to have a Multilingual App such as GTranslate for your store. The pros outweigh the cons. Also, by the way they will work with you to get their app situated to benefit you so don't worry if you don't like the bar positioned a certain way--they will work with you to get where 'You' want it to be. Effectively a Win-Win for both parties and taking the time to write this review for them is an absolute pleasure in exchange for the great service they have provided me. Thank you as always.
