App works great and does as advertised. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the machine translations, although you do need to dot the i's and cross the t's manually. Changing the translations manually works okay, but could be more user friendly. Hopefully the development team will continue their work on it, but it's certainly doable already. Customer service is absolutely brilliant. Quick response to questions, and they even fiddle with the code in Shopify for you to give you exactly what you want (thanks again Suzan & Ripa).

This app sets the most useful options to just not work properly. because they know what part is wanted and what your gonna use it with. so it's just set to not work properly and not match the look of other apps unless you pay. Which i can understand in this capitalist world. but still gtfh

Not very easy to use if you are a total beginner but support chat is always there to help you. I got lucky with Ella and set up the app in about 15 min!

This is a great app for translating languages on your site, I had an issue with the location of the translate scroll-down bar and wanted it in a different location on mobile than on the desktop version of my site. I spoke to Lilit who was extremely friendly and helpful, she resolved the problem for me in a short amount of time, I definitely recommend GTranslate as their app and service is amazing! The fact this app is free is breathtaking, download it!

It would be very relevant to allow us to change some words that are wrongly translated, e.g, "Add to basket" instead of "Add to cart", among others
