I had problems with addressing the Spanish language, but it was solved by GTranslate online attention, I was attended and solved by borya. I have not seen it in detail, but it works very well I hope it is beneficial for my business.

Amazing app! I was using Weglot which is much more expensive for the same features until i discovered this app. Borya and Lilit from the support were so helpful and litteraly did everything for me in order to set up the app correctly in my store and make it look professional!

User-friendly design, quick set up and easy to use dashboard. Thank you Suzan and a special thanks to Borya who helped me implement the CNAME DNS settings! One of the best supports out there.

Worked with Borya to place the translation icons on the footer. I was having some trouble but he was able to collaborate with me and properly place the languages.

Excellent customer service. I really recommend. Design of the app can be optimized in the code. Ask the app support service team to help you, they are amazing.

if you want a robot as a costumer service well good look i have a problem with Cname and i try to contact them and always responds a robot with the same answer.

Ella is simply a wizard with support. 10/10 would be an understatement. She solved any issues with otherwise a very easy and quick implementation. The tool is amazing since you can visually make translations and I can just show the translator what to do and they translate directly.

The app works good. I have to highlight the service! Borya answered all the questions perfectly. Good job guys!

this app is good use, the only issue is it doesn't translate properly... as a french speaker the doesn't translate the way i wanted

Thanx for the help Borya and for the app. He helped me a lot with this app because there was some small problems where i wanted my translate/flags and also because Im not a "DNS nerd". I hope it will looked perfect tomorrow after Borya will work with the design right now :)

Free version decides that foreign currency should be translated? Note translated and not converted. Why would you add this feature?. Seems im the culprit was myself. So I am changing my review thanks to the excellent response.

The app works great, when it works. We changed the skin of our site and that caused a major bug in the system, that nothing could be bought on the translated pages. It took a lot of time for your technicians to fix it, but it got fixed. Afterwards - the small tweaks were done really fast and competently. Thanks to Tigran and Borya for the help.
