The app is great, and the support is amazing. But I have 2 problem with the app. PROBLEM 1) my duplicate SKUs get replaced when publishing to Etsy, this causes me A LOT of time to go into each listing to manually change it back. I need the duplicate SKUs because I am using the app TRUNK which relies on duplicate SKUs to keep inventory across many many platforms. PROBLEM 2) Rounded off values to closest 99c only works for values ABOVE x.49. For values between x.99 to x.49, the rounding price feature does not work. If these two problems were fixed, it would be an easy 5 star for me. So basically im just using this app to import my products from Shopify to Etsy. Kudos to the team for great customer service. All my questions were answered in a very timely manner, and 24h support is amazingly reliable.

App is great and easy to use. It would be easier if you could delete products from intergration, but it is still very user friendly, and when I wanted to delete products Shikha Chaturvedi was very helpful with my problems, great customer service. Thanks :)

This app makes listing from Shopify to Etsy (and vice versa) a breeze. If I couldnt figure out something, customer service is always there to answer any question I have. Customer service worked hard to fix any issues I had during and after set up. I appreciate the CED team, and this service alot. Glad I found this app on Shopify!

Don't do what I did! I tried 5 different apps before finding this one. They where buggy. Service was poor or non-existent. These guys are on the ball! You know that thing where you have a problem with a app and go to the chat widget but get a response like "We will contact you in 48 hours". That never happens with this app. Someone is always there ready and happy to help. As soon as you log in to the app you will be able to tell right away that it was designed by professionals. Everything is smooth and works the way you would want it to. So don't do what I did. Start with this app and never look back!

Fast response times. Love this app - makes inventory management between Shopify and my Etsy shop easy to manage. Any time I've had an issue, I'm able to chat live with someone and receive quick responses.

I used this app today, a little confusing you have to make an example product in the listing of Etsy before you can upload from the app. But support were very helpfull and very happy all products now are uploaded and ready for sales.

I use this app to publish my products from Shopify to Etsy, Jason Roy was able to help me out and we very professional and knows his stuff. We had a problem with the shipping template and he fixed it on 100 of my products. Saved the day! Thank you!

Super helpful has saved me so much time! I used to go in and add all my listings to Etsy but this app does it for me and marks them as sold out if they sell on the website. No more double selling my one off items :)
