Customer service is excellent! The App is easy to use and manage products. A must have app if you want to create a great store.

I had cause to contact support to assist me in the initial set up and I was greeted in a very professional manner. Not only was their support helpful but they were committed to ensuring that I was up and running. They also contacted me as promised to follow up with my progress. I had an Etsy store that I was using to sell a limited overstock inventory that I had from my main site store. I decided that Etsy was a good enough market for my brand to try this Etsy Integration App. I am so sorry I waited to install this App. I can't even imagine the lost sales from not installing this App sooner. Jason from customer support went ABOVE AND BEYOND in his stellar customer service helping me to navigate through the listing upload and product syncing. Yesterday was the first full day with all of my products on Etsy. My visits and views TRIPLED! I set up Etsy coupons for all the new products. I've been able to use this app to "easily" port my etsy sales through shopify. That way my 3PL can quickly ship the items out. Their technical support is pretty awesome and very responsive as well

I used this application to upload, edit items on Etsy. It’s very user friendly with on time support from its customer service team. The team is very professional with warm prompt response. I would highly recommend this app.

There is no doubt that this app is the one to go with out of the rest! First off the CEDCOMMERCE ETSY App sync's FROM SHOPIFY to ETSY, the OTHERS DONT, Except for one other and they do not come close to the level of support and options this one does. I have contacted them multiple times and gotten a response within seconds, NOT hours or days later like most of the Apps you try and buy on shopify, these are professional and well spoken customer support reps that now the app they are helping you on. I have contacted them in a panic not exactly in the best tone and they have helped me without any kickback and even made exceptions that were personal to my situation and did not respond with the general rule of thumb other companies do. I will most likely be with these guys as my ETSY integration support for as long as im selling on ETSY. If your going to list over 100 products buy the 1000 product package right away though, because it is set up to charge you the full amount if you try and upgrade later, so spend the cash right away if your going to stick with these guy's, and I suggest you do because the level of custimization on here will load your products fast and right. Aliorders always messes up my attributes and I end up having to fix them in my shop, this app doesnt, it directly transcribes what you write onto etsy without any flaws, and this i the kind of listing that you dont want mistakes like "shipping from china" or listing descriptions that will turn your handmade in the USA style product into an import that will get you shut down. Its important to do your homework on things like this because if you want a long lasting business that you will profiy from, you have to make sure you dont make errors in the wrong areas or youll be spending a lot of money with no profit return in the end. In y opinion look no further and go with these guy's, there is not other better out there right now, but at least try it for yourself after reading this, how could you not?

The support I have received, firstly when setting up the App and later with any issues I have had, has been excellent. It takes a bit of set up in order to get going but overall I found it relatively easy to manage, and I am not a tech savvy person! Linking our orders and products from Shopify to Etsy has saved us so much time. Fab App!

Using this app has been a blast. They always have my back and care for my business. Recommend it!!!!

The app would not sync with my orders that had been shipped out, and every time a purchase was made on etsy it kept defaulting automatically back to the listings in my shopify. So prices differences were altered and caused sales issues. Order limits did not reset every month so what am I supposed to do with this app once it maxes out? The number never went down and orders kept not syncing.
