Just started using this app. So far their Tech Support/Customer Service Team have been very helpful and prompt. Very fast response..

I am using the free trial but works as it says. Just have to learn how to configure the profiles. The support is awesome, they are always there to help me via chat.

Genuinely fantastic software. Does exactly what it says it will, and the staff/customer support are beyond friendly! They spent a large amount of time working with me to answer all of my questions. Extremely impressed.

Just useless app with a limited try. 10 Products only and very expensive for nothing! I absolutely wanted to try and buy it!

I highly recommend this app. I am impressed with the app and support so far. Setup takes a bit, but wasn't too difficult. Support was very responsive and quick to identify an inventory issue I had with the setups on 2 items. I was able to quickly resolve the issues on my end with their help. The app seems to work beautifully once setup. Sales are coming in quite well from Etsy now. Thanks!

Works well for shopify and Etsy. Import and sync and publishing reducing manual work. Auto profile rules good.

Easy integration. Great support. Very easy to make changes and add products, I was shocked how simple and quick the process was. Took maybe 45 minutes to get started and selling.

App was easy to install and when I needed help they were there timely and solved my problem quickly.

The app was easy to install and support was quick and responsive whenever I needed it. Love being able to manage esty from shopify.

Re their reply: We did not look for a discount. They offered one! We agreed and asked or nothing other than a refund. Why? Because the app was rubbish. Shopify arranged the refund. Avoid this app! The app promises a refund. But after weeks of waiting still no refund. Just told to 'hold on'. Shopify agreed to refund. But then the app makers charged me again! Please avoid this app. After days of waiting, talking to support, waiting and waiting and waiting and it is still not fully working. Glitchy. And unconvincing. Support is largely clueless. Every time we try to load an item the app logs us out and asks if we want to install it. Support says wait. 9 hours later --- still waiting. Avoid this app. A total waste of time and money. It is not fit for purpose. Dire. no stars! Update: it gets worse. I sell prints. The app says it replicates everything on my site and in shopify. Wrong. It does not show sizes. So no-one can see how large the print is. The app people did not tell me that before I paid. Everything about this app is disappointing. It has taken them 7 days to tell me that latest error. 7 days of talking and asking questions. Really bad form. and the info drips out only after they have taken your money.

Just upgraded to the Starter plan, needed some help and got help quickly! Great subscription, hoping to upgrade once we begin getting lots of sales!!

We list in Shopify using CSV upload which for us saves 80% of listing time. Because of this app we are now able to place the same products in Etsy much more quickly, efficiently, and consistently. Worth every cent.
